This is kind of a long shot, but I'm trying to track down people with the surname Salaj or Galović from Sremska Mitrovica.
My family immigrated to America from Sremska Mitrovica in the early 1900s but some stayed behind. I have a set of letters from there that I'm hoping someone has the other half to, but also would just like to know where those who remained went after my relatives who knew them died.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
