If you feel it's appropriate to share NSFW jokes with your kids, that's on you. But a real, true dad joke should work for anyone's kid.
Mods... If you exist... Please, stop this madness. Rule #6 should simply not allow NSFW or (wtf) NSFL tags. Also, remember that MINORS browse this subreddit too? Why put that in rule #6, then allow NSFW???
Please consider changing rule #6. I love this sub, but the recent influx of NSFW tagged posts that get all the upvotes, just seem wrong when there are good solid DAD jokes being overlooked because of them.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Manajer Komunikasi PT Kereta Api Commuter Jabodetabek (KCJ) Eva Chairunissa menyesalkan guyonan pembawa acara reality show Hitam Putih, Deddy Corbuzier, kepada keluarga masinis tragedi Bintaro. Pada acara yang ditayangkan pada Selasa (10/12/2013) malam itu, Deddy membuat guyonan soal kematian. "Enggak Mutu Hitam Putih: Keluarga Korban Berduka dibuat lawakan," begitu status BlackBerry Messenger Eva seusai menyaksikan tayangan tersebut.
Eva menceritakan, di dalam percakapan Deddy di layar kaca dengan keluarga masinis, pria plontos itu bertanya kepada ayah korban, "Bapak ada pesan yang ingin disampaikan?"
Setelah itu, keluarga masinis menjawab, "Saya hanya ingin menyampaikan permohonan maaf kalau almarhum ada kesalahan semasa hidupnya. Dan buat kita yang masih sehat, sebaiknya mempersiapkan diri karena kita tidak pernah tahu kapan kita akan dipanggil," kata ayah korban.
Mendengar nasihat ayah korban, Deddy malah menjawab, "Bapak saja duluan, kita sih ogah." Celetukan Deddy itu justru disambut riuh oleh tawa penonton di studio.
Eva menyesalkan sikap Deddy tersebut. Pada saat keluarga korban, seluruh jajaran PT KAI, bahkan masyarakat Indonesia sedang mengalami duka yang mendalam, Deddy justru melontarkan guyonannya tanpa melihat waktu dan tempat.
"Saya sakit hati banget, enggak rela. Duka keluarga para korban dijadikan bahan celaan atau lawakan," kata Eva.

Hi Hawaii Redditors,
My family and I are moving to Oahu in Oct. Ill be working downtown and my wife will stay home with my 4 year old daughter so only 1 of us will have to commute. We have narrowed down our areas to live as downtown/ala moana or Hawaii Kai or Kailua. Which commute is worse? Hawaii Kai to downtown via Kalanianaole Hiway or Kailua to downtown via the Pali?

Keep in mind, my son is 4 years old, so everything is an original to him.
I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.
When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."
From my son's bedroom, I hear him shout, "Hi Hungry! Nice to meet you!"
Not only did it make me laugh, but I completely forgot about how hungry and tired I was. I went to his bedroom, and we laughed together about it. It was exactly what I needed.

I have never switched to a smartphone for a lot of reasons, mainly due to screen size and general minimalism-driven mindset.
In the last few years I started to experience network issues with my Nokia 105. I would like to switch into a 4G phone.
requirements:
- Hebrew support in texting
- 4G Hotspot, in order to use my laptop on my 1 hour commute (train)
- Not rugged
- Dumbphone-like size
nice-to-have:
- Navigation / Moovit / Gett support would be a plus, but I don't really care
I was thinking about getting the Jelly 2 since it looks nice and gets decent reviews as my first smartphone ever, but it's currently unavailable for international shipping and suffers from short battery life. There's the Jelly 1 pro which seems nice (I like its size) and currently on sale but also has a short battery life (I guess I could turn off data and wifi since again, I'm not a huge fan of social apps, and turn it on for hotspot only on demand). And, there's the Nokia 8000 which is not a smartphone (a plus. I also don't mind 3X4 texting) but I'm a bit afraid of KaiOS - is it still laggy? Will Hebrew be supported if I buy it online?
Any other recommendations?
