I used to HATE cold calling, but I am making it a part of my morning routine and even though I’m not necessarily great at it yet, I am trying, practicing with real people and getting better at the conversation.
Social media is another huge platform of mine. I’m confident that my posts actually engage with people and are interesting. I film reels, photos and post on my story consistently. I’ve actually gotten a closed buyer sale from social media and some good leads of friends looking to buy sometime soon.
I just started my postcard farm route sending out 2 a month with something of value.
Most of my SOI are going to be first time home buyers in the near future so again that’s me being a buyers agent. Not complaining, I love helping buyers but I would just like to be on the other side sometimes as I see so many listing agents out there and I’m asking myself why I haven’t been one of them. Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do to land at least a listing appointment?
So it is for a little over $150K USD and the realtors think it is a good price for the property, but no one wants to even attempt to sell it in BTC. Some agents don't even know what Cryptocurrency is!! WTF?!
Can anyone help me figure this out? How do I ask because I still need to put the money into a 3rd party while it closes, you know for the title company to get everything straightened out.
