Her neighbor asks, “What is it supposed to be when it’s finished?”
The lady says, “According to the picture on the box, it’s supposed to be a rooster.”
The neighbor decides to go over and help with the puzzle.
She lets him in and shows him where she has all the pieces spread all over the table.
He studied the pieces for a moment, looks at the box, turns to her and says, “First of all, no matter what we do, we’re not going to be able to assemble these pieces into anything resembling a rooster.”
He takes her hand and says, “Secondly, I want you to relax. Let’s have a nice cup of tea, and then,” he says with a deep sigh,
“Let’s put all the corn flakes back in the box.”
I just couldn't hold it together
Does anyone know of a place where you can either sell/buy used jigsaw puzzles or trade them with people in Charlotte? I just recently got into doing them but once I finish one, it just sits in my house and takes up space. It would be really cool to have a shop or even just a group that allowed you to bring in used puzzles and purchase used puzzles.
For the last 15 years or so we were always missing something.
We were missing quality players on many positions and that's why we couldn't have done anything, not win the title, many times not even get into the top 4.
We haven't had proper fullbacks for many years, nor top quality goalkeeper or CB's. They were alright most of the time but never quite the level required to play for a massive club such as Arsenal. Same goes for DM's and so on and so on...
Now is the time when I'm enjoying watching Arsenal and am excited about games like I was when we were at Highbury. So thank you Arteta for that.
Now it looks like it's all coming together. We got Ramsdale, we got Ben White and Gabriel who look great together, there's also Saliba... We finally have two real fullbacks who're good on both sides of the pitch as they should be and not just one or neither...
We have unbelievable amount of talent upfront, some of the best young players in the league, truly a magicians with the ball, something not many teams have, we have not one but four of them.
Last but not least, we have the manager with clear vision for the club and it's future. Most of these players aren't even 25...
It's a joy watching them play every week, and it looks like it's all coming together. I'm very happy when I think about the future of this club with all of them. Great times are ahead of us I'm sure...

Storing for ever isn't reasonable. But since it's missing pieces it's not a great thing to donate to a thrift store.
Jigsaw puzzles are a pretty big deal in my family. Typically, someone buys one, then ships it off to somewhere else in the family for them to enjoy. Though I'm getting a bit tired of crummy quality puzzles from random department stores. I definitely don't require laser-cut wood-based puzzles or anything crazy, laminated paper puzzles are still fine in my book.
Are there any companies that have a slightly more premium construction to them that'll last more than a few assemblies before disintegrating?
