A list of puns related to "Jarrod Alexander"
We all know what gerard and ray and mikey and franks heights are. so what do you think are mike and jarrods heights are when comapred to them?
I went to go see Alkaline Trio on their new tour and they were all there. I hadn't ever really cared to see what their drummer looked like, so I just assumed he was their's. Up until now did I think that. I am happy to have seen a talented artist such as Jarrod who has played with many great bands including our lords and saviors.

West Ham and Liverpool switch places in the table and the Hammers give Liverpool their first loss of the season! This does paper over the cracks of our draw with Burnley.
With the Charlotte expansion draft tomorrow (at least as I type this), I decided it'd be fun to take a look back at every MLS expansion draft, from the beginning to today, and seeing what kind of players ended up taken!
There's a lot of names in the early versions, please bear with me, I will probably generalize most of those.
##1998: Miami Fusion & Chicago Fire
MIA PICKS: GKs Jeff Cassar and Scott Budnick, DFs Joey Martinez, Cle Kooiman, Matt Kmasko, Wade Webber, and Ramiro Corrales, DF/MFs David Vaudreuil and Kris Kelderman, MFs John Maessner and Nelson Vargas, FW Bryan Taylor
The bulk of Miami's wouldn't stay around beyond 1999. Corrales is arguably the most known of the group they selected, and he played a grand total of 3 games before being shipped to the MetroStars. Only Cassar and Vargas actually made it to the new millenium, and Vargas suffered a career ending injury that season while Cassar lost the starting gig to some kid named Rimando. Wonder whatever happened to him.
CHI PICKS: GKs Kevin Hartman and Zach Thornton, DFs Danny Pena, Francis Okaroh, Andrew Lewis, and Brian Bates, MFs Manny Lagos, Jason Farrell, Jorge Salcedo, and Diego GutiΓ©rrez, FWs AJ Wood and Steve Patterson
Chicago, on the other hand, hit a home run. Hartman and Pena were immediately returned to the Galaxy for Chris Armas, who would make Best XI five times as a member of the Fire. They also got big name Jorge Campos in that deal, but Thornton beat the Mexican star for the #1 gig - and won Goalkeeper of the Year. The 35 year old Okaroh would prove to be a key stalwart of the league's second best defense as well, and GutiΓ©rrez would join him in the defense (anchored by Defender of the Year LuboΕ‘ KubΓk) as Chicago won the double right away.
Most of the rest were pretty whatever. But getting, essentially, 4 pieces of a double-winning XI via the expansion draft (once you factor in the Pena/Hartman for Armas deal) is a win.
##2005: Real Salt Lake & Chivas USA
RSL PICKS: GK DJ Countess, DFs Rusty Pierce, Nelson Akwari, and Matt Behncke, MFs Brian Kamler, Pablo Brenes, Andy Williams, Chris Brown, and Kevin Ara, FW Erick Scott
Only Brown and Williams managed to make it beyond 2005 for RSL. Brown would leave after the 06 season with not much to show, but Williams would become a stalwart who would spend six seasons in Utah as a player, winning MLS Cup in 2009. Even in retirement, Williams stayed with RSL in other capacities un

Here are the picks I have selected for Gameweek 16. Do note, this is not a rate my team, it's simply an article I do on a weekly basis of players who I feel are the best picks within a Β£100m budget.

Here are my FPL Way Picks for Gameweek 16 for the 2021-22 season. The deadline for GW16 is on Friday 10th December at 18:30 GMT
I will be building a team that I feel will perform well in Gameweek 16. This team uses Β£99.9m of the Β£100m budget.

Gameweek 15 has been another interesting week for sure with the race at the top of the Premier League being even closer now. We finally get a bit of a breather until GW16 and still have 5 more Gameweeks to go to finish off the year. My picks for Gameweek 15 ended up with a tidy 72 points which is not too shabby at all considering it was a lower than average Gameweek score. Letβs move on to Gameweek 16 where I will be providing the reasoning behind my picks. Three players you may be surprised to see that didnβt make it into my team are Bernando Silva, JoΓ£o Cancelo and Heung-Min Son, but with a Β£100m budget, some sacrifices had to be made but all three are definitely worth considering.
With Ben Foster out with an injury, Bachmann is once again the number one keeper for Watford. A cheap and cheerful GK who could well get some points this GW, even if itβs just from save points. Letβs hope for a clean sheet as it looks like Brentfordβs star striker Ivan Toney will be out for GW16.

Hi guys, I'm from Australia where we have a State of Origin competition for rugby league and formerly our own code of football. Basically, you represent the state where you played junior footy and I've made an NBA version for the last couple of years, so here's my latest edition.
Players represent their 'state of origin', and I have used the state they played high school ball in to decide which state they represent. I am mindful of prep and boarding schools so I have used common sense; for example D'Angelo Russell grew up in Kentucky, spent 1 year at a Kentucky high school and then 3 at the Montverde Academy in Florida, he would play for Kentucky in this scenario.
I also decided to include Canada as well. Here's all 50 states + Canada ranked with their teams:

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.

The Country-Wide Showdown
(Fair warning, this will be a long post, but it is the last of the series! So after this, you won't have to get annoyed at seeing the Michigan/CSU guy in your timeline every 5 seconds. Woohoo!)
In this series, I conducted a simulation to see who is the best (or in some cases luckiest) team in each state. Each state has participated in a simulated tournament to see which school rose above the rest and was able to beat out every other team in the state for this coveted opportunity. Each state champion punched their ticket to the final country-wide tournament. And that final country-wide tournament is happening right now yo!
Each school's roster will be their roster for the 2020-2021 CBB season, and the teams will be seeded based on the final NET rankings from 2020-2021, then will battle it out in a single-elimination tournament. Below are all of the Intra-State Showdown champions seeded by NET ranking. There will also be a link to each State's individual post indicated by the [IST] symbol next to each team (IST stands for Individual State Tournament).

This is a simple exercise where I use StatsBomb expected data and convert this into FPL scores. This is to reflect that expected goal involvement is a useful metric but not perfect due to the fact that goals are rewarded more highly in FPL scoring terms.
This is all on a per 90 minutes basis (min 180 mins played) and applies 4-6 points per xG based on the position. You could start going further and think about bonus (forwards get less points per goal but more bps per goal than mids) and something for expected clean sheets. But maybe the below is useful anyway:
