Hey family,
Long time lurker. I just wanted to post and declare my complete and total love for this album. I've been listen to roots reggae music for half my life and I somehow only discovered this album in the last six months. For me, it's up there with Heart of the Congos as a near flawless roots album. "Survive" may be one of my favorite songs of all time. I was also blown away by the fact that the three members met while recovering from polio...just adds to the magic and beauty of it all.
Where does it rank for y'all?

Hi, guys! How are you? I'm a reggae fan from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm asking you this question because in May we will have shows of Israel Vibration and The Congos (with a few days in between), and for economic reasons, I will be able to go to only one of them. I'm asking this not basing myself on the studio records, BUT in their performances live. Which of them is better LIVE, and why? If you could see only one of them, which would you choose? Obviously, I know both are great... but I have to pick one :p
IMPORTANT PLOT TWIST: The Congos are playing with a local backing band from Argentina. Israel Vibration is playing with Roots Radics.
Thank you!!
