A list of puns related to "International Kendo Federation"
Hi all,
I just want to share a project Iβve been working on. Over 20 years ago the Midwest Kendo Federation in the US published a little biannual newsletter with all kinds of little technical articles and wisdom from the senseis. Due to sheer luck Iβve been entrusted with the original proofs which Iβve decided to scan and upload to an online blog for everyone to enjoy.
Please have a look and share.

In case anyone here has visited Mountain View / California Bay Area and had a chance to practice with Yamaguchi Sensei; it is with great sadness that we announce his passing on February 18, 2021.

I know this isn't a very well known league, but it has been gaining some traction and I personally really like the league. I think it will need to adapt as more elite level athletes get interested (as the adult division doesn't currently have amateur and pro), but it is a very good league to get in to. Each competition has a speed and endurance course over two days, and you get two attempts at the speed course. A completion gets your ticket punched to World Finals in New York for the event your completed, but if you fail to complete a course, you still accumulate points for every obstacle completed. If you get enough points throughout the season you can still earn a spot in the World Finals.
Their website has more details about the league. I'm curious if anyone else has competed in fina, or plans to, and what thoughts you have.
Folks, somehow when I first encountered this community I did not see the links in the sidebar titled "New to ADHD?" when u go to r/ADHD.
The third one is very good.
The article is detailed, scientific and long. It doesn't sum things up in a paragraph. It requires you to read it. However, I went to the specific sections that were interesting to me and it really was enlightening.
I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, but now I'm not sure I even have ADHD after reading it.
In any case, I just wanted to recommend everyone who hasn't read it yet to do so. It was eye opening for me.
