I.O. Entertainment Puns

I was supposed to release our band's first EP with a small but dope looking label (which also is run out of my home city so I was extra excited). Throughout the entire process, the guy who runs the label has hyped up every track and the tape layout we made, like seriously seemed so into what we were doing.

It was finished in August but as we were waiting for him to get back to us, I made some changes to the mix because why not make it a little better if he hasn't started pressing the tapes.

He said he would listen to them and still seemed hyped about the release. But that was a month ago. And not only is he completely avoiding my attempt to communicate about it, he has started posting about making tapes for other bands and asking literally any band to contact him to make a tape for them. He also will continue talking to me about unrelated things and if it comes back to our release, he just ignores it.

Which really cannot be a good sign. I thought he might be avoiding because he's anxious about direct communication, but now I'm starting to think that he changed his mind and for some reason can't bring himself to say that?? Which is shitty because he's been hyping this up for like almost a year at this point.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of upset and feel bad about my music now

Have you all experienced anything like this? I'm not sure what to make of it exactly

So

I'm a 27 y/o guy that's been living with his grandma for almost 8 years due to just me being lazy and having no direction. Now that I kinda got it figured out, I want to move out. But I have also decided I need to go to college and get my electrical engineering degree.

So I don't know what to do at this point...

Right now I'm unemployed due to a medical reason, but it has cleared up enough for me to go back to work so I'm applying to jobs.

To make a long story short, I'm trying to decide whether I should

1. take a part time job and just barely squeeze by on my own for 4 years while doing school full time
2. take a full time job and do school reaaaaallllyyy slowly but be able to save up money over the course of 8 years or so (however long it takes). I'd accumulate more debt, and start my career way later, giving me less money.
3. stay living with my grandma, work the part time job, and do school full time. I can save up at least some money as time goes on.

I really really want to move out. But I don't want it to be 5 years later and I'm just barely past half way to get my degree. I know my grandma would LET me stay forever really, but I want to move out to make my own rules, and form an adult identity (I feel like a kid still because I'm just living with my fam), and I don't want to stop my grandma from doing w/e she wants to do (not that she really does much, I just feel kinda guilty about it. idk its probably nothing).

As far as how money is here where I live (southern USA), the part time job I'm interiewing for is $18/hr for 30 hours/week which is $2160 minus about 15% for taxes is $1800 roughly a month. Rent in the cheapest apartment (studio 312 sqft) is $600/month. With food and utilities etc., I'd just BARELY be able to make it every month.

The full time job I'm applying for is $20/hr 45 hours a week which is obviously a lot more money but 15 hours less time per week for school. So I'd have to go slower through school, accumulating more debt. And my Engineering salary will suffer because I'd be getting in later in my life.

So yeah. I really don't know what to do. and ultimately it's my decision but I'm just looking for some guidance and advice from you all.

MBC has released a teaser for this year’s Entertainment Awards!

In the clip, hosts MAMAMOO’s Hwasa, Block B’s P.O, and Jun Hyun Moo sing a song about the awards show.

They sing along to the words, “We waited for a year. The 2019 MBC Entertainment Awards. It’s not that I want to get a Daesang.” Referring to Jun Hyun Moo, the two idols add, “You’re not [the winner].”

The trio then dance together as Jun Hyun Moo jokingly asks, “Hey! Am I getting the Daesang?” They continue chanting, “Entertainment Awards is going to be so much fun! You’ll regret it if you don’t watch!”

A source from the awards show said, “Please look forward to the 2019 MBC Entertainment Awards which will take place with the witty MCing of Jun Hyun Moo, Hwasa, and P.O.”
