Hey kdrama fans

Any of u guys watching the kbs drama Homemade love story. If so what are your thoughts on the drama.It has 100 eps . I didn't see anyone mentioning this drama on the sub but heard it got high ratings in Korea.

Many people from the sub loved Once again & it was highly recommend by them. I was thinking is homemade love story also a good drama that is worth watching?Plz leave ur thoughts.

I recently spoke to my PCP about getting the procedure. It wasn’t exactly the most encouraging conversation but I was able to get a referral to a urologist. I’d love to hear from other guys here who have gotten the procedure and what to expect, what your life was like after and how you talk about it with others (if at all).

A little bit of background: my partner and I have been together for 3 years and neither of us wants children in our future. She’s recently been bearing the burden of bc and it’s been wreaking havoc on her body, so I thought it was time for me to step up.

Also lastly - would love any recommendations on doctors in the Los Angeles area who are child free friendly! I’m not super confident in the referral from my PCP and I took a look at the doctor list but all the ones in my area seem to be more for procedures with women. Thanks in advance!

My husband works in IT and I'm a freelance writer/educator. We both could be remote if we wanted. We have two kids (5&3). I've traveled and lived abroad extensively. He has not.

We absolutely could swing this lifestyle, but I'd love to hear from those who have done it. What was hard? Did the pros outweigh the cons?

Are you a DN who has met a family on the road? What did you glean from them/their experiences?

We're in a HCOL and my travel bug is kicking in again after being in Europe for seven years (three international moves during the time here).

We would be realistic about it, staying in places 3-6 months at a time, if not longer. Happy with a minimalist lifestyle and longing for the experiential learning whilst living the day-to-day away from what's now become too monotonous.

We discussed this before getting married. We're both on board; he's an analytical mind and likes more info. I have the experience and know how to manage things on the go.

The movie takes place in Russia during WWII and/or the cold war. The overarching story is a love story about two people who keep getting separated or can't seem to find each other. I think the movie is really long like 3-5 hours in length and pretty famous. One part of the movie the main character is walking down the road and the army just walks by and takes him and he is gone for months or years without being able to say goodbye. I think the movie ends with the main character and the girl he loves barely missing each other as one drives away on a bus or train.

I think it's my favorite story in Classical music history.

Watched Avatar for the first time in years and loved it all over again. Looking for a movie with same kind of themes, doesn’t necessarily have to be fantasy but it’s an added bonus. A nice love storyline in it would be great as well. To give a better indication of what I’m looking for I was kind of looking for movies like Maze runner and Hunger games. Sorry if it’s too vague, finding it hard to describe what I’m looking for lol

Facebook, for some inscrutable reason, showed me an ad about a romance, in which the leading gent was a werewolf. I read through the blurb. The terminology and description tipped me off that this wasn't one of a kind- it sounded like an established genre. So I did some digging.

I was astonished at what I found. 1% of all titles on audible- maybe even more- are about werewolves. That's not 1% of all romance titles- that's 1% of all titles.

I think I understood most of it but not sentence by sentence so I'll just tell the topics they went on. If there's something, then feel free to correct me. I'm also skipping things that I'm not really familiar or just a pure talk of what we already know, but if you want to expand it further, then just comment it too.

- They encourged/promised to make that year the year of Love Live (It's the year when the anime was released btw)

So I just finished this game all but the professors notes. Now mulling over my whole experience, I have a few things that kind of bother me, that did bother me throughout the game experience in itself. I would just like a discussion here, as I don't have anyone else to speak to about this kind of thing.

I Know Spiders is a AA company, but this game came out in 2019, and the games that it feels influenced by did a significantly better job. AGAIN I STILL LOVE THIS GAME, BUT HAD A HARD TIME GETTING PAST A FEW THINGS.

1. Interior of cells being all same-y (WHY?) varieties within the cities alone would have been enough, it felt very lazy, given each city had it's own architecture, I would expect a little more identity with interiors. Witcher 1 & DAO (even DA2) did a better job of this, or at least kept it interesting.
2. THE TOWN HOUSES/CITY INTERORS. Similar problem as in (1), at least add fake doors, to give me the feeling that there is more than a living room and a bedroom in every building that is exactly the same. At least then I can imagine more interior.
3. Some story details seemed to really be pulled out of someone's a**, when they just start telling me about details of things, that make me feel like I missed wholes quests... Maybe I did, but I often felt like I was missing a lot of important information during some conversations, and I'm not sure how some people came to the conclusions they did.
4. Lack of relationship building (sort of falls into 3). Both romantically and friendship wise, i thought there should have been way more commentary from everyone after main story quests, or even after personal quests. I felt the dialog after personal quests was very rushed, and there isn't a lot to talk to your companions about. The romance being the worst mostly because there isn't a whole of of "getting to know you" before you jump into the gamerpoop Shepard "we'll bang ok" vibes. THIS WAS VERY SHOVED IN WITH NO THOUGHT OR CARE, and no-one cares about your personal S***.
5. (SPPOILERS) The ending was a real let down. With such an impactful and emotional section of the game, I felt like we should have at least had a funeral, and some kind of so long to your friends at the end. Some kind of ceremony or something with the natives, and final conversations, and maybe a dialog discussing what you would want your plans to be. The immediate jump to post game happenings in story telling was very Jarring and unsatisfying.
