Harvard will not require SAT or ACT scores for admission through the next four years, extending a policy adopted during the coronavirus pandemic and adding fuel to the movement to permanently eliminate standardized test scores for admission to even the nation’s most selective schools.
So I submitted harvard under test optional on common app but it didnt just remove my sat scores from the app but also my ap test scores (that i did want to send). Anyone also have this issue?
I’ve taken a couple of these before and thought it was a really good way of testing bias. But if you work on yourself then theoretically your scores should improve and you can actually track your progress. Anyone tried doing this?
So I just submitted a couple apps (with test scores) and when I reviewed the file, I could see scores listed under my testing section. However, when I looked at the pdf for Harvard it just says "there are no test scores to report". Is this just a Harvard thing or a bug....? anyone else experience this too?
I think I'm just going to send official scores just in case, but I'm genuinely confused why they're just suddenly disappearing for harvard
