Anyone have any idea what this is? My Google searches are leading me to ecu 128 with PID numbers instead of SID numbers. From everything I've figured out so far it seems like this is related to the EGR system?
Note: this truck does have a DPF system with parked regeneration capability.
Is any one who is running an M20 experiencing issues with the window buttons. Iβve had the window button up n the dash for the helper side changed twice, because it wonβt go back up, the door button works fine, and itβs starting to act up again. Now Iβm having similar issues with the driver side, I have to flick the button in both directions to get it to engage. Does the whole dash have to come off to get behind the buttons?
Allison 3000 series, changed output speed sensor, swapped tcm with known good tcm. Starting to think it's not a transmission issue at all, that trans locking up @ shift pad is a symptom, also swapped shift pad just for fun. Tightened battery connection s, engine ground, cab ground. Maybe multiplex issue, ecm is outputting between 0mph and 12mph while in neutral at dead stop,
So I have something Iβve never seen before and itβs super weird. No fault codes logged at all in any ecu. The truck is equipped with a Cummins B6.7. The cel bulb seems to follow the engine rpm pulse width to a tee.Even when cranking. Iβve already checked main engine grounds and battery connections. Iβm thinking maybe the signal wire to the bulb is interfering with the accelerator pedal position sensor. Any input or suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.
Considering this as an toy-hauler toter. Unbelievable only 6,000 miles. Appears it was in Park service. I am looking at a 1-2 year RV journey around Canada and US. I intend to have it put into the condition possible before the start. I am most concerned with access to parts if something comes up on the trip. I assume most diesel mechanics will be able to work on it, but the age makes getting parts a pretty big question mark. Can anyone advise on the reliability of the motor, Freightliners of this age, and any other comment. Thanks.

This is for a forestry/chipper truck, going to be towing a 8k lb chipper and a full load of chips. Both are about the same price but the Ford has a 5 year warranty vs. 3 year on the freightliner.
Curious what you guys think will be the better truck.

Hey all! We're having some issues with our APU and are needing to idle our truck for the next couple days to keep batteries charged and be able to use power, AC, etc. Can't figure out how to bypass the idle shutdown, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Been lurking for a while, and would like some advice. I am a farmer and an IT consultant in the winter. My farm currently uses an old chevy c65 as our flatbed/heavy tow truck.
Been having problems lately with it and looking to upgrade.
I found a 2005 Freightliner m2 with the cat engine and Allison transmission with 275k miles on it.
Will be using mainly for farm use within 200 mile radius and the occasional bobcat trailer.
What is your opinion on this find for the price? Is this a reliable truck?
Just finished swapping four rear drive slack adjusters on a 2010 M2 chassis.Two of them have plenty of clearance to come off but one on each axle did not. To get them off I had to loosen the S-cam tubes and move them past the removed differential bolt that was also in the way.May have something to do with the diffs having the highest ratio you can get or maybe they are all like this?
I have a friend from Latin America who asked me where to buy 2005 Freightliner century class with diesel engine. I don't know anything about trucks and would highly appreciate if someone can help me to find a place or a website that sell them. I live in San Francisco, bay Area.

This was always one of my favorite stories from r/Eve. It's unique, crazy, and wildly stupid all at the same time. As someone that has always enjoyed exploration in eve, I've always been drawn to the craziness that comes with it (See: Going South). So when my friend Micr0mancer made mention that there were a lot of cosmic sigs in M2, and casually posted This Thanatos Fit into our corp chat, I jumped at the opportunity to help scan the system.
Fit up a scanning Stiletto and off I went. Oh right, T5Z session changing instalockers, forgot about that.
Oh well, off we go again. This time I just use our handy dandy mobile jump bridges and have a titan just drop me straight into M2-XFE. Now let's get this this Thanatos in a site.
As most of you probably know by now, Scanning that many signatures in a system can be hilariously disappointing. 2 Wormholes (not taking this thing in that) and 6 Combat sites later a new signature pops up. Boom, Level 2 Relic site. I warp in and cloak up, ping micro and get a response "Fck, Reshipping" A couple minutes later we were Officially running a relic site in a Thanexplos . Was this dangerous? Yes. Was this risky? Yes. Did we expect Papi to drop on him and kill him? absolutely. That was kind of the fun of it.
I'm not going to say this was the most thrilling of sites I've run or watched anyone run. Normally your Zooming to cans in your fit of choice. However, this was no normal circumstance and to my surprise, it can actually get up and go (Example). So, as you do in any normal capital class exploration, you wait, and you wait, and you wait, and then you Finish. First site down, no sign of the enemy and I've helped become part of the history of this silly ass game mechanic. Oh, wait. There's a level 4 Relic site that just spawned. WE GO AGAIN!!
