So after finding my Discordia concept last week, I've been really interested in attempting to make unique "mage/hunter" hybrid gods that don't really on heavy burst abilities and bring something new to the table. This is my attempt. She brings a ton of CC, buffs, heals, etc. to a teamlight, but lacks a good early game.
Feng Po Po: Goddess of The Wind
Pantheon: Chinese
Class: Mage
Role(s): Hunter, Utility, Healer
- Passive: Wind Dancer
For every 10% movement attack speed built from items, Feng Po Po gains 10% attack 5% movement speed.
- Ability 1: Rejuvenating Breeze
Creates a swirling light breeze in an AoE emanating from her body. Heals allies inside by 10/15/20/25/30 15/25/35/45/55 (+5% +15% magical power) per tick and grants allies equal movement speed to hers if theirs is lower. Ticks every 1s and lasts 4s. During this time, basic attacks against Feng Po Po and allies in her breeze deal reduced damage.
Basic Attack Damage Reduction: 25% 10/20/30/40/50%.
"Feel the breeze..." or "Fresh air!"
Targeter Style: Exactly like old Nu Wa's fog in terms of size and way it follows her body. Just instead of stealthing allies, it heals.
- Ability 2: Air Blades
For the next 6s, Feng Po Po's basic attacks pierce through enemies in a line, deal increased magical damage, and gain 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% magical penetration.
Bonus Damage: 30/50/70/90/110 (+25% +15% magical power).
"Sharp as a blade." or "Don't underestimate the wind."
- Ability 3: Tornado
Feng Po Po sends forth a tornado. Enemies hit are knocked up disoriented and disarmed for 2s afterward, taking 60/120/180/240/300 (+60% magical power) damage.
"Clear a path." or "Wind take you!"
Targeter Style: Like Aphrodite's kiss in terms of travel time and width.
- Ultimate: Whirlwind
Feng Po Po summons a massive whirlwind in an AoE for 5s. Enemies take 15/25/35/45/55 (+15%) magical damage and are slowed by 5% every .5s while inside. Feng Po Po has a 50/55/60/65/70% chance to completely dodge incoming enemy attacks while inside the whirlwind suffers no basic attack penalty while inside. If she activates Rejuvenating Breeze during this time, Whirlwind will offer her teammates the entirety of Rejuvenating Breeze's benefits, besides the movement speed buff, inside it's AoE as long as she remains inside.

Role: Guardian
LORE - Her name translates to Madam of Wind, she might look graceful and elegant but don't let that fool you, Feng Po-Po is the mischievous goddess of the winds. She carries a bag of winds under her arm and flies above the clouds on a tiger, spreading wind about the world. She loves playing games and messing around, sending occasional storms or soothing breezes.

BASIC ATTACK - Feng po-po uses her bag to shoot small balls of compressed air.
Passive - Sky Tiger
Feng po-po's tiger closely follows behind her, intimidating all enemies and lowering their attack speed. Allies in the vicinity are given a protections buff.
Radius: 25ft
(This passive only works around the tiger, so using her 3rd ability will in turn move her passive with the tiger.)
Gather Wind
Feng po-po draws wind into her bag in a cone. Enemies in the cone are immediately dragged to her and stunned as they hit the bag. When her bag is full of wind she gains protections for 5s.
Stun: .5/.75/1/1.5/1.75
Protections: 10/15/20/25/30 magical and physical defense
CD: 18s
(This is a simple pull ability that is quicker that a taunt and works well with her lore. It is good in team fights to make enemies vulnerable to damage or to keep enemies from wounded allies.)
Tempest Keeper
Feng po-po releases a strong gale from her bag of winds that encircles her for 5s, damaging all enemies in the radius every .5s. If they break out of the strong wind they are slowed.
Radius: 25ft
Damage per tick: 10/20/25/30/45 (+40% magical power)
Slow: 10%
CD: 15s
(This ability can be used right after Gather Wind to keep enemies close and vulnerable to damage. This also works good with the passive, slowing their attack speed as well.)

I did a concept for Feng-Po-Po SOOOO long ago, like back when Guan Yu was the new god. And since she was one of my favorite concepts I decided to go back and revive her with some of the slightly newer ideas and abilities that mages are getting these days. So if anyone ever read my old Feng-Po-Po concept you may see some familiar things, but some things have also been changed. I hope you enjoy!

Feng-Po-Po, Mistress of the Winds
Pantheon: Chinese
Role: Ranged Mage
Passive – Smooth Sailing
Each time that Feng-Po-Po uses an ability she gains a 15% movement speed buff for 3 seconds and she receives no auto attacking penalty or back pedaling penalty.
Ability 1 – Blustery Bag
16/15/14/13/12 Second CD
Feng-Po-Po gathers strength into her bag of winds, charging it for up to 2 seconds. Once she has fully charged the spell she may release it for up to 90/145/200/255/310 (+30-80% Magical) magical damage in a straight line in front of her. If she is fully charged the winds will knock any enemies to the side of where they were standing relative to the spell and slow them for 25% for 2 seconds. While charging, Feng-Po-Po moves at a reduced rate of 50% of her current movement speed.
Storm Bonus – This ability no longer requires a charge to use at its full potential. The cooldown is reduced by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.
Ability 2 – Cyclone
12 Second CD
Feng-Po-Po summons a cyclone around herself, causing nearby enemies to become swept away in the winds and blown on the opposite side of Feng-Po-Po from where they were. Deals 70/100/130/160/190 (+80% Magical) magical damage to all enemies swept away. If Feng-Po-Po hits an enemy god away in the winds she increases her attack speed by 20% for 3 seconds.
Storm Bonus – Cylcone is now a targetable area effect that simply does 130/170/210/250/290 (+60% Magical) magical damage and causes foes to become dizzy (Intoxicated) for 2.5 seconds. Still grants the attack speed.
Ability 3 – Cloud Nine
15/13/11/9/7 Second CD
Diving down into her cloud, Feng-Po-Po makes it hard for enemies to strike her. While moving in the cloud she has a 20% chance to evade basic attacks that would otherwise strike her. Feng-Po-Po can still shoot out

##Ability 1: Hover the Skies
Feng Po Po tiger floats and runs on a cloud giving them bonus movement speed and ignores basic attack movement debuff, and ignores unit collision.
**Duration:**6/6.5/7/7.5/8 seconds
##Ability 2: Harvest Winds/ Blow
If the bag is not full the ability is "Harvest Winds", Feng Po Po opens her bag and harvests winds, in a cone in front of her, dragging enemies in the area closer to her, and also fully inflates her bag. If the bag is fully inflated, the ability becomes Blow, which spews a big gust of wind damaging enemies in a line and inflicting a slow.
Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+70% of your magical power)
Slow: :30%
Slow Lifetime:: 3s
##Ability 3: Trade Winds
Madame Wind enchances her next basic attacks for 5 seconds giving bonus damage and travels to multiple enemies (priroritizes gods or closes enemy) which also bounces to Feng Po Po. If a trade wind bounces back to her, she gets a movement speed bonus and 1.5 seconds more of trade winds to the duration. Inflicts on-hit effects.

Pomimo, że mam 26 lat nie pamiętam jakoś super czasów po i Tuska, nie pracowałem wtedy nie zwracałem jakoś bardzo uwagi na ceny ani na to co dzieje się w kraju. Dopiero teraz gdy sam robię zakupy/tankuje auto/płace rachunki widzę jak to wygląda i jak wygląda ten kraj. Jaka jest propaganda i brak jakiejkolwiek godności polityków.
