[Plot] Getting into Dire circumstances
A guard stood outside the halls of Wickenden on the night of the big wedding cursing his luck. If he had been posted inside the hall he mayhaps would have been able to swipe a turkey leg or some fine meat from the nobles inside, but instead he sat outside, hungry and listening to the nobles inside gorge themselves. While silently lamenting his luck, he noticed something strange. A man began approaching the massive wolf that one of those northerners had decided to bring with them. The guard took a step forward out of curiosity, when the slumbering beast heard the mans footsteps and awoke. Before the guard could react, the wolf lunged at the noble and began mauling him, which is when the guard shouted for back up and started running toward the wolf, however as he approached it was clearly too late for the man.
Those inside the feasting hall would hear the distinct sound of a man dying. Those who go outside would see a direwolf standing over and eating a person, though no identification can be made at this time. The direwolf is in a makeshift pen with no lock of wooden stakes in a square pattern with Adella chained to a central wooden post. Let’s start this from the beginning.
#Why?
One of the greatest additions of USUM is, surprisingly enough, the biggest laughingstock. Stakataka has upset all of our expectations, and has become one of the most notable pokemon to ever hit OU-turns out base 13 speed and the potential for attack boosts with Gyro Ball can salvage a Rock/Steel.
Yet, there’s an even more critical aspect-it has access to Trick Room, and can work as a fantastic Offensive Trick Room, or OTR Pokemon. As I mostly play TR in OU, I immediately got to the drawing board and began drafting a team with our new Mexico funded installation, and after a series of edits I’m finally happy with it. Here’s the team!

The Burst (Magearna) @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe

Magearna was the previous poster child of OTR, and earns its keep through decent coverage with boltbeam and a strong nuke in Fleur Cannon. Shuca Berry is used to help keep down the weakness to grounds, although it can also work with Fairium Z to guarantee KOs on some fatter teams while also not losing momentum in the Special Attack Drop. Occa berry was also a tested item, and can find some limited usage, yet doesn't confer as much benefit as either Shuca or Fairium. Magearna’s one of the three Trick Room setters on the team, and is the most specially oriented member. EVs to maximize Special Attack and the rest are dumped in HP for mixed bulk, 4 in SpD for Download users.

Cresselia has always been the star of Trick Room, only losing that privilege to Magearna, and only as the OTR mon of choice. Cresselia is one of the bulkiest pokemon in the game, with 120/120/130 defenses giving it an incredible amount of staying power. Unfortunately, it sacrifices offensive presence when built as a mon to guarantee setup and thus needs to hit with a 4x effective move to even have a chance of putting down a bulky booster like Landorus.
