First Child Rei Ayanami:
- Solo - 2 (15th, 16th*)
- Team - 3 (5th, 9th, 10th)
- Berserk Eva Unit assist - 0
- Dummy Plug System assist - 0
- Total - 5
*I'm counting this as a solo kill because Shinji's efforts ultimately proved useless in the battle which is what resulted in Rei's sacrifice. And even if Rei II sacrificed her life, she still killed the angel.
Second Child Asuka Langley Sohryu:
- Solo - 1 (8th*)
- Team - 4 (6th**, 7th, 9th, 10th)
- Berserk Eva Unit assist - 0
- Dummy Plug System assist - 0
- Total - 5
*Shinji did pass her the progressive knife needed to kill the 8th angel but I gotta throw her a bone. **I've decided to keep the 6th angel fight as a team kill given Shinji's presence and actually being useful in that battle. Sure she probably could have handled it solo if the manga and 2.0 are anything to go by but that doesn't change the fact that Shinji was there and it was ultimately a team effort.
Third Child Shinji Ikari:
- Solo - 2 (4th, 17th*)
- Team - 6 (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th)
- Berserk Eva Unit assist - 3 (3rd, 12th, 14th)
- Dummy Plug System assist - 1 (13th)
- Total - 12
*Considering Kaworu allowed himself to die, you could count this as a team kill if you have a sense of humor.
And of course Fourth Child Toji Suzuhara and Fifth Child Kaworu Nagisa have 0 kills in total hence why they are excluded here.
If you ever get pulled by teammates out of whichever lost sector you’re using and think “oh what the hell, at least i’ll get the laurels and/or progress on Eva’s weeklies” (like I did), Don’t. There was already barely any reason to do this strike, but if you get it in the guardian games playlist don’t even bother.
