A list of puns related to "European Authorized Representative"
I was wondering if anybody is exporting to the EU and UK. As of last year if you are selling to resellers or individuals directly you need the address of an entity in the EU/UK on the package to act as an authorized representative for compliance reasons. This applies to a wide range of products. Did anybody make this change?
There are two official Mazda distributors in my country (not USA). I'm planning to buy a CX-5, and I'm being told I need to do it from the distributor closest to my location. But this distributor does not have the color I prefer, while the other one does. They said there would be legal trouble if they were to do business with someone who doesn't live in their "zone".
So these two companies have split the country and are restricting me from buying the Mazda that I want for stupid turf reasons, very much like gangs would do. Is there a way to go above them directly to Mazda and have them intervene? This is incredibly stupid, companies should not be allowed to tell me that I can't buy the car I want just because they've imposed these arbitrary restrictions amongst themselves. I don't want to have to settle at all, even if it's "just" about the color. I'm paying a shitload of money for the fucking car, I should get to pick the color.
I know this is a weird question that probably won't get an answer but I don't know what else I can do. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
In the ISV US A2P 10DLC Onboarding Guide it says:
>You may use one point of contact from your own company as the authorized representative across all of your customers for registration purposes.
I'm guessing this is for both Standard and Starter brands but it isn't clear.
I got a remote job and the company required me to fill out the I-9 form. In section 2 of the form I need an 'authorized representative' to sign it for me. I ask my local bank and UPS stores and their notary do not deal with I-9 form. Has anyone had experienced filling this form? Please help.
What is the role/function of the AR in IHSS?
I'm a new remote hire (non-HR) and got a HR email to find a non-family/spouse to review my I-9 documents. I don't have anyone in mind except my parents, but did a quick search online which states that the DHS allows family members due to the pandemic. Is that still in effect?
Quick update/reminder from the FLMedicalTrees team.
Remember, an authorized representative is someone specifically tasked with representing a dispensary on our subreddit.

Hi all!
My husband (my sponsor) and I submitted our application in July 2020 through an Authorized Representative.
We received the receipt letter and we paid the biometrics collection fee early in September 2020 (2 months later), but so far NOTHING ELSE has happened. My reps say that they have to wait on a letter from IRCC that will enable them to link my application to a portal and that hasn't happened yet either. Is there something we're missing?
Is anyone else facing this huge delay from IRCC?
Thank you so much!
