As I'm almost certain none of you have heard of me before this, I'd like to offer a brief background of myself, as well as a short overview of my platform.
I was born at Harris Regional, but I'm a native Franklinite. I grew up in a trailer off Airport Road in Franklin, my father worked construction for Schmitt Builders under Big George. My mother worked as a bookkeeper for Britthaven, now called Macon Valley Nursing home. I spent almost my entire childhood in Burningtown, and to this day, I'm proud of my blue collar roots.
I graduated from Franklin High (go Panthers!) in 2009, and joined the US Navy in 2012. I served at Fort Gordon, GA, and on Joint Base Little Creek, VA as an intel analyst and later an instructor, before returning to my hometown in October just past.
I have two sons, the stars in my eyes, and one ex wife.
I'm not a great orator, but neither was Moses. I believe that the people of this district have had enough of high dollar, fancy speaking politicians, and we need someone who listens to us.
I want to support the people of this district, first. Not outside interests. I want to help the veterans of WNC, and I want to hear what the people here believe. It baffles me that in this wonderful region, blessed with the most beautiful vistas anywhere in the world, more than 15% are living below the poverty line.
We need jobs here, but more than that, we need a living wage. We cannot afford to spoil the natural wonder that is the Great Smokey Mountains, and I don't want to see the people here having to bow and smile for tourists, just to make a dollar that won't stretch till tomorrow.
To make the jobs we need happen, we need proper education. 13% of adults in this region don't have a high school diploma, and as a product of our public school system, I can promise you that in some areas, that diploma is not much.
I'm not going to pretend to you that I'm the smartest person in this district, I'm not even the smartest person in my household. But I am smart enough to recognize that if you choose to elect me, I will talk to experts on every bill that I see before I vote, and I will welcome your calls. I've done the math, and on the low end, I can easily guarantee that I can talk to 4 people of this district per day; but more importantly, with technology being what it is, I can get feedback constantly, and I will listen. I want to know what the people think, not just about my performance, but how they want to see me vote.
Ask me anything, but

They believe banning guns will only leave it to the hands of the 'bad' guys. And also it will not be able to remove guns from the public.
Do you believe the Swiss model where so many people own guns yet has rare occurrences of mass shootings, is feasible in rest of Europe, and America?
Well, the flag is a big plus.
Well, the flag is a big plus.

For example, the flag is a big plus
