It's my fault, nobody stole it, but I've left my D4V2 somewhere close and it's driving me nuts not being able to find it. I've thought about everywhere it might be stuck to (magnet in the tailcap), all the usual spots, but I've been traveling and just can't find it.
Do y'all have any experience with any kind of "finder" device like a Tile, or better, anything cheaper but with some kind of similar location tech? My D4V2 isn't particularly special, it's the "not knowing" that's driving me nuts if that makes sense.

I am posting because I have been deeply saddened by RPDR Down Under perpetuating this injustice on its platform and feel that it is important to at least educate individuals of the case. My hope is that more will learn the dark history of the joke "the dingo ate my baby!" and no longer continue or condone its use. After reading this, I hope that you have sympathy for the short life and death of a child becoming a joke. Because, after all, at its very core, "the dingo ate my baby!" is about the brutal death of a 9-week old baby girl.
TL;DR: This is a long post, as I hope to shed light on the tragic story of Azaria Chamberlain and her family's suffering over the years. This post describes the case, pardon of Lindy Chamberlain, sexist language, the impact on Lindy's other children, and the dismissal and denial of Aboriginal experiences.
Backstory

On 17 August 1980, a 9-week old baby named Azaria Chamberlain was killed on a family camping trip to Uluru in the Northern Territory of Australia. The parents, Lindy and Michael Chamberlain, were camping with their three children: 6 year old Aidan, 4 year old Reagan, and Azaria. They claimed that baby Azaria was dragged from her parent’s tent by a dingo (a wild dog native to Australia). Lindy was accused of lying about this, convicted of murder, and sentenced to life in prison. News media, entertainment, and the general public mocked her as it was largely believed by Western/anglosphere media that dingoes were too shy to attack humans, despite Aboriginals claims that this was not the case and that they had experienced dingo attacks in the Uluru region where this tragedy occurred.
Lindy was wildly judged by the public for not being “distraught enough”, “being too stoic”, and not grieving how “a mother should”. Media attacked her relentlessly for not being outwardly and strongly emotional, like “most women would”. Terms used at this time to describe how Lindy “should” have reacted include words often considered sexist and misogynistic, like “hysterical”. Experts and reporters discussed “feminine behavior” and analyzed every move Lindy made. Her religion as a Seventh-day Adventist

The Chamberlains were a devout Seventh-day Adventist family who were vacationing at Uluru (then called Ayers Rock) in 1980 when their baby daughter Azaria was snatched and killed by a wild dingo. The ensuing scandal took the country by storm, with Lindy being charged and tried in the death of the baby. Her husband was an SDA pastor and the denomination came under media scrutiny. At the time the church had about 40,000 members in Australia, but little was known about them, and tabloids repeatedly published wild rumors about Adventist beliefs, such as an alleged belief in child sacrifice. Lindy was found guilty of murder and imprisoned for 3 years, despite the absence of a body. She was eventually cleared and freed when the baby’s jacket was found in the wilderness, the torn fabric showing clear signs of a dingo attack.

They're Russian babies raised in Florida...
There was a joke a bit ago but is still said quite a lot when I mention I'm from Australia or when the topic of dingos are brought up, "a dingo ate my baby". The truth is it started bc a woman's child was killed and stolen and when she told tge police everyone believed she killed her baby and blamed it on a dingo.
It became an International joke to mock her by saying "a dingo ate my baby" she was placed in jail and laughed at. Finally when the babies remains were found in a den she was finally free but still was never able to escape the mocking and laughing.
Its a horrible event that happened but gets joked by Americans constantly.
I think it might have been late 90's, but I'm not sure. The actress says, " a dingo ate my baby" and then looks in her purse and says "it's not in here here."
Edit: I think I might remember more details. In the sketch, I think the actress might auditioning for something and it's way over acted. I think she's the only person in screen.
The mother was arrested and had her newborn taken away and spent more than 3 years in jail before they found her daughter’s clothing torn in a dingo den and released her.

Hello! So I have vivid memories of spending a night listening to the guys talk about the dingo ate my baby case, but I cannot find it.
