A list of puns related to "Defect criticality"
I do prefer Biden over Trump, but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna criticize him, along with any other Defective when they do something wrong.
I've been using the device for 10 days, and I'm ready to write a review about it.
Design:
Aesthetically there are no major changes from the basic ticwatch pro 3, at a first distracted observation you could say that nothing changes, the size is the same and the weight is the same, however there are some minor changes of an aesthetic nature: the display is now placed slightly more on the surface than the pro 3, and is protected by a gorilla glass; the crown has also changed, the font of the numbers on the perimeter is different and the "60" has been replaced by a more consistent "00" in the numbering of the minutes on the crown, this also has on the side a knurled texture very pleasant to the touch. The same texture has been added around the side of the physical buttons, 2, one at the top to turn on/off/recall Gassistant/return to home and one at the bottom to launch an app of your choice customizable in the settings and with a double click launch Google pay. The aesthetic differences from the previous model end there. The watch comes in the basic version without lte with a rubber strap also having a knurled texture. Although personally from the aesthetic point of view prefer the previous silicone strap with a leather-like look, this solution turns out to be more comfortable and pleasant to wear, remains in any case the possibility of changing the strap with any other to 22mm.
Hardware:
Ticwatch pro 3 ultra is equipped by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100 platform assisted by a proprietary processor of mobvoi low power that replaces the main in the operations on the second display FTSN, in the essential mode and in the tracking of data by the sensors (the same as ticwatch pro 3); a generous battery of 577 mAh, integrated microphone and speakers, and a dual-layer display consisting of a 454x454 resolution amoled unit together with a very low power FTSN that alternates when the main display is "off" (in fact it is not possible to have a totally off display being the FTSN always active, but can also be activated the always active one of the main); it is also equipped with 1 gb of RAM and 8 gb of storage (of which about 4. 5gb usable by the user), wifi 2.4 ghz connectivity (no support for 5ghz unfortunately), bluetooth 5. 0, GPS+Beidou+Glonass+Galileo+QZSS, NFC chip for contactless payments and a set of sensors inherited 1:1 from Ticwatch Pro 3, in detail: STMicroelectronics LSM6DSO accelerometer-gyro-motion, STMicroelectronics LPS22HH barometer-temp, TI OPT300

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Steven Donziger sued Chevron for contaminating the Amazon and won. Chevron was found guilty and ordered to pay $18,000,000,000. Yesterday, Donziger went to prison, in the whatβs being called the first-ever case of corporate prosecution.
Over three decades of drilling in the Amazon, Chevron deliberately dumped more than 16 billion gallons of toxic wastewater and 17 million gallons of crude oil into the rainforest. Chevron committed ecocide to save moneyβabout $3 per barrel. Many experts consider it the biggest oil-related disaster in history, with the total area affected 30 times larger than the Exxon-Valdez spill. Chevron created a super-fund site in the Amazon rainforest that is estimated to be the size of Rhode Island.
Steven Donziger visited Ecuador in 1993, where he says he saw "what honestly looked like an apocalyptic disaster," including children walking barefoot down oil-covered roads and jungle lakes filled with oil. Industrial contamination caused local tribes to suffer from mouth, stomach, and uterine cancers, respiratory illnesses, along with birth defects and spontaneous miscarriages.
As an attorney, Donziger represented over 30,000 farmers and indigenous Ecuadorians in a case against Chevron and won. In 2011, Chevron was found guilty and ordered to pay $18 billion. Rather than accept this decision, the company vowed to fight the judgment "until Hell freezes over, and then fight it out on the ice." Chevron has been persecuting Steven Donziger for his involvement ever since. In an internal memo, Chevron wrote, βOur L-T [long-term] strategy is to demonize Donziger.β
Chevron sued Donziger for 60 billion dollars, which is the most any individual has ever been sued for in American legal history. Over the course of ten years, armed with a legal team numbering in the thousands, the company set out to destroy Donziger. Chevron had Donziger disbarred, froze his bank accounts, slapped him with millions in fines without allowing him a jury, forced him to wear a 24h ankle monitor, imposed a lien on his home where he lives with his family, and shut down his ability to earn a living. Donziger has been under house arrest since August 2019.
Chevron has used its clout and advertising dollars to keep the story from being reported. βIβve experienced this multiple times with media,β Donziger said. βAn entity will start writing the story, spend a lot of time on it, then the story doesnβt run.β This unprecedented legal situation is happening in New York

Now I find that when they lose as they did vs Buffalo, I frantically browse Reddit and Twitter to see negative comments about the Jets. (ie Fire Pomo, Wheeler is over the hill, Stanley is village oaf, etc). I also watch the Kenny and Renny show on YouTube to see their criticisms.
I'm wondering if anyone else does this? Is this some kind of coping mechanism for their disappointing season so far? Is there something wrong with me? Thank you Reddit.
This was one of my first purchases after finding RepLadies and I am very happy with it. That being said; I had only purchased one other Rep from a lady I follow on IG and her prices were quite a big higher which brought me to Repladies. Fisherman was very communicative and easy to work with. CCW is absolutely welcome!

The lambskin is extremely soft and supple. No Fufu smell when received and being that I am new to the Chanel rep world I would happily state the quality is perfect. The chain and hardware all feels sturdy and good quality.Β I have babied this bag due to it being lambskin and iridescent and have had no issues with scratching or wear on corners yet (have carried bag approx 10-15 times).

I saw this bag in person and the rep looked identical from what I could tell. The color online is slightly darker than the bag in person but side by side they looked identical with the exception of the flap where lock is.Β Rep seems to be slightly more gold and solid color and auth is metallic consistent with the rest of the leather pattern being iridescent.

The format of this post is partly inspired by u/Andrew_Cryin's most wonderful post which gave a number of high-quality objections against both premises of the Kalam Cosmological Argument. If you want to avoid making bad objections to Kalam, and instead want to use more philosophically forceful objections against the argument, check out his post here. While Aquinas' first way isn't as popular as the Kalam due to it being more of an argument for a specific model of God(Classical Theism), it's still fairly popular on internet philosophy of religion circles, and with that comes poor objections to the argument, as well as a misunderstanding of certain key concepts. This post, like the previous one, will try to refute more common objections while at the same time introduce objections which are perhaps slightly better(hopefully).
Aquinas' First Way, like many other cosmological arguments, can be split into two stages. The first stage of the argument merely tries to show that there's an unmoved mover or an unactualized actualizer. The second stage tries to explore more of the characteristics of this unmoved mover such as whether it's a mind, omnipotent, omniscient, etc.
First, we need to find a good formulation of the argument. Let's see what Thomas Aquinas himself has to say:
>The first and more manifest way is the argument from motion. It is certain, and evident to our senses, that in the world some things are in motion. Now whatever is in motion is put in motion by another, for nothing can be in motion except it is in potentiality to that towards which it is in motion; whereas a thing moves inasmuch as it is in act. For motion is nothing else than the reduction of something from potentiality to actuality. But nothing can be reduced from potentiality to actuality, except by something in a state of actualityβ¦Therefore, whatever is in motion must be put in motion by another. If that by which it is put in motion be itself put in motion, then this also must needs be put in motion by another, and that by another again. But this cannot go on to infinity, because then there would be no first mover, and, consequently, no other mover; seeing that subsequent movers move only inasmuch as they are put in motion by the first mover; as the staff moves only because it is put in motion by the hand. Therefore it is necessary to arrive a

Some may know that Subboor Ahmad has hosted the young earth creationist Paul Nelson on his YouTube channel to debunk the science of common ancestry. For lengthy demonstrations of how Paul Nelson gets everything wrong (while misrepresenting every scientist he quotes like Eugene Koonin in the process), see here, here, here, and here. In these videos, Subboor had a bit of a concerning and quite ready tendency to accept literally any gibberish that Paul Nelson was spewing. In this post, I'll focus more specifically on how Subboor justifies his pseudoscientific creationism.
As a bit of background. Subboor is a Muslim creationist and apologist who has no clear expertise on the subject. Despite claiming to be a pursuing a philosophy of biology PhD at Birkbeck College (though he seems to have been pursuing it for quite a while now), he's been at this for many many years without ever getting anything he's said published anywhere reputable. So he just puts it out on YouTube and his blog. In a debate he handily lost against James Fodor at the timestamp 1:34:00+, he was asked to name a single scientific discovery / finding that would convince him that his creationism is wrong. He admitted he couldn't think of anything, and that the only way he'd accept evolution is if he literally first became an atheist. In other words, Subboor is rather open about the fact that there is no evidence that could compel him out of his dogma. Here, I'm debunking his blog post "Darwinβs biggest critics are evolutionary biologists".
https://subboorahmad.com/darwins-biggest-critics-are-evolutionary-biologists/
Subboor tries to show that the academic and public understanding of evolution is different, that real specialists think evolution is "just a theory" resting on baseless assumptions. But if that

It really does, I swear!
As a follow-up to the discussion that was had on the Flail Forward Podcast, I want to throw the discussion to the rest of the community to define the core aspects of the roleplaying game. I mean this on a level deeper than "you need XP and dice and crafting and combat". I mean when you strip everything away, what are the core elements that you could not do without?
To me, I would say a TTRPG is a game where diegetic agents make a series of open-ended decisions leading to unique narrative arcs that move towards achieving a greater goal.
Agents: These are the players, usually acting through one or more characters. This means it does include a GM if your game has one, but it could also be through communities of people (like in Microscope).
Open-ended decisions: This is the crux of the game. Whether it's what 3rd level spell to use to finish off the goblin, or whether to spare the defecting soldier you just chased down, these are the critical moments that define the narrative. Importantly, I'd say these are decision points that are often made through a combination of player intent, agent skill, and luck. I'd slot in the game's resolution mechanic to this section as it is the tool that helps make these decisions, but (controversially, maybe) I don't think that's a necessity to play.
Unique narrative arcs: These are the elements of suspense, excitement, etc. that come from the story of the game unfolding. These moments can come from a GM's planning of the session (i.e. knowing what is behind the door) or from the results of decisions.
Greater goal: This is the part that keeps players engaged to continue playing. Whether it comes from the narrative or from a mechanical benefit, this is the incentive the players need to continue taking action in the game. The incentives are usually to the "core plot" or to each agent's development.
Without the agent, you can't make moves in the game. Without decision points, you have nothing to affect with your agent. Without the narrative arc, you have no resolution to your decisions, and without the goal, you have no recursive incentive.
What do you think? Is there something I missed? How do you enable each of these parts in your games? What does that say about the kind of game you're designing?
Looking forward to reading all the comments here!

I have BPD and I really feel for Trisha. I donβt think that she is a bad person. I think that, like me, her disorder makes her lash out in really weird ways. I donβt think that she is a racist, or an anti-Semite.
I went through a breakup in November and have been letting the 4 hour episodes of H3 wash over me. Donβt come for me, itβs just niche internet bullshit that distracts me from heartbreak. I donβt have loyalty to Ethan, but I do not think that Trisha did that much if anything, wrong to cause all this hate.
While H3 is on break in fact, Iβve been watching from the beginning of season 4. Something popped up the other day that made me mad at Ethan. Ethan was telling a story about how it was difficult to get married in Israel because the rabbi in Israel would not recognize his Judaism or the fact that he had a bar mitzvah because his rabbi from home was a woman. He ended up telling a story about how his dad had to βbribeβ (in Ethanβs own words) a rabbi near where his dad was then living to get the rabbi to write a letter to the Israeli rabbi and confirm that Ethan was Jewish, even though that American rabbi had never met Ethan. It just reminded me that Ethan jumped all over her for her TikTok when months earlier, he had said something very similar.
I think that the 5% thing actually was kinda unfair to be honest. Before I watched the podcast, I watched the highlights. I wasnβt into any of the H3 stuff before, so I got into watching the podcast by watching the highlights, deciding it was pretty funny, and giving it a try. After all, who just jumps in with a 2-4 hour show theyβve never seen before? I could see how with a BPD brain, she would have added up the ad cents on those views, and thought that she was being taken advantage of, forgetting about all the production costs associated with the show. BPD is a narcissistic disorder, but we are no true blue narcissists. Rather, we believe that no one will ever take care of us because likely no one has, so we watch out for ourselves at all times. Often, it makes us do some shitty stuff but it really comes back to trying to protect ourselves from further harm.
If you look at many of the old episodes, Trisha was always surprised to hear that Ethan had her best interests at heart. This is a symptom of BPD. You donβt trust anyone, you take care of yourself, and then when you do finally trust someone and they slight you either for real or

Ever since i went to a leadership breakfast meet n greet i find my self desiring having mobile objectives that really impact my team. By that I don't mean simple KPI goals, i'm talking about being on schedule for a proactive schedule. I'm wanting to outline critical strategic paths that empower our design-driven deliverables.
Team growth years take initiative, and we need team players that can reach across our IT boundaries and establish themselves as key-players for our task driven executives. We need to be an agile, lean team, focused on horizontal environment support, with zero-defect generational write offs. Having first verified that challenges enable a solutions-oriented team, a careful examination of a scenario reveals that a geography probably tables an action item for synergistic corporations.
Maybe i'm not alone in this, but i feel like i'm leaving the IT path behind, and becoming a manager.
I keep seeing this take on the subreddit that Sae-Byeok's popularity is strictly due to her beauty and quite frankly, it's tiring. There are reasons why she is a compelling character.
She's a NORTH KOREAN DEFECTOR. I see a lot of criticism about her character being cold. But damn, do you know how ridiculously hard life is in North Korea and the major risk it takes to defect? She's cold because she has been through absolute hell and back and probably emotionally detached along the way in order to survive mentally.
Also, she is one of the few characters that we know of aside from Ali (and arguably, Ji-yeong) that is in the Squid Game for a selfless purpose. She's risking her life to save her family.
Yes, she's gorgeous and that contributes to her popularity, no denying that. But overlooking her backstory and motives is a disservice.

Chevron not only refused to pay, they have made it their personal project to take his life apart piece by piece and has succeeded. Now they're using a civil RICO lawsuit to go after him to try to put a nail in the coffin for him and for anyone who would dare to try and hold them to account.
