A list of puns related to "Deep voice privilege"
I typed "deep voice" on google to make sure that's how you say it in English, and this came as a result:

I feel that soon enough, simply having a dick will be considered a god damn privilege...
Imo yes there's a correlation between voice pitch and CEO salary. That's called testosterone level, masculinity or femininity, the seek of competition and risk (which is rewarding for a CEO) or seek of safety (which is necessary to protect your children). This is basic behavioral evolution. This is all natural. At this point they're just trying to dehumanize people.
I laughed my ass off when I found this wiki article, but I had to call it out somewhere on the internet because if they keep calling every positive male attribute a privilege, who knows what laws can be created based on such stupid things.
So I've been playing this game since the beginning...and it's changed a lot and turned mostly into a load of horned up teens and people literally faking their voice. Is there something I'm missing? Everyone is making this deep cringe voice thing when they're sitting in a mirror with their full body tracking.
I'm curious, what weird shit has other people been seeing social wise shift in this game since the old days? I find a lot of people lying about who they are, kid drama, and fake sob stories.
Don't get me wrong I've met my best online friends years ago in vrchat and still hangout with them, but this new stuff is odd.
Edit Thank you all for the suggestions and your input on your vrchat experience so far!
I have seen and heard far too many people raving over idol after idol having voices โdeeper than the oceanโ or something to that effect. Some of it I can understand. Felix and Yuqi, for instance, definitely have a far lower range than the average idol. But I see it applied anywhere to any idol whose tone is slightly lower than average. There was a video I saw today talking about Jaehyunโs โlow voice.โ Bro is a tenor, not even a baritone. (Edit: He may be a baritone, Iโm not sure, but heโs still not a particularly deep one, so my overall point stands.) And even the deeper-ranged idols usually tend to focus on the upper end of their ranges; just think V and either of the BTOB baritones in the vocal line.
But even the ones who I will concede have pretty deep voices, like Felix, Yongguk, and Yuqi, arenโt really that deep, in terms of expected vocal range. Yuqi is still a soprano. A mezzo-soprano, to be fair, which is like the middle ground between soprano and alto, but sheโs still a soprano. People are mixing up tone with notes. Just because these idols put on or naturally have a low vocal tone doesnโt mean theyโre hitting lower notes.
This particularly annoys me as a bass. I have yet to hear a note that is less than half an octave above the low end of my range. Most of Felixโs rap parts are comfortably in my speaking range. And Iโm not a particularly deep bass. Iโm fairly standard. So to see people comparing Felix to Corpse Husband (an American streamer known for his exceptionally deep voice due to a medical condition) is frankly insulting to me, because it reduces the feats of actual basses with legitimately low ranges, like Avi Kaplan or Tim Foust.
Now I like all of these idols, so I donโt mean to come across as attacking them, but itโs gotten fairly annoying over the years. And itโs fine to enjoy the deep tones of these idols, as I will admit, it is satisfying. But always remember that thereโs a caveat to that sound, and that itโs not very deep in actuality.
Edit: There are a lot of comments talking about how these voices are โdeep for k-popโ because theyโre surrounded by tenors and sopranos and such. Yes. I agree. Thatโs the point. I literally say that. Why am I getting downvoted for that? My point is that the โdeep for k-popโ isnโt actually very deep. It is only because theyโre surrounded by such high notes that anybody would consider most of these idols anything near โdeep.โ
Edit 2: I think a lot of people donโt
... keep reading on reddit โกUppin Downers, Early 20 Rager, Zoom, Enemies, 200 My Dash, 444+222, etc. are proof of that
We all know that girls are soothing no matter their voices but recently I wondered: are there any of you out there who like the sometimes deep voices of early or pre transition trans girls?
I myself sound like a dwarf to make Tolkien proud and I would lie if I'd say I don't like it. But how about you girls? Do you like it too? Not mine specifically but in general.
How do you like deep voices?
Just another finger pointing at internalized transphobia shit. Or...something.
It was just plain awkward, dudes. Like, I'm okay. Perfectly fine. More, just, shocked? Because I haven't been misgendered (save for once, a freak accident) in five years. Since starting testosterone. Even then, I had a good percentage of times being gendered correctly pre-T.
I'm not sure what happened.
Because, I had asked her a question (I'm relatively new on the job), and she said, "I'm busy right now" and turned to my coworker and said, "[Coworker], can you help her with this?"
Lmao I did that blinking guy meme thing like, 'Did you just do that, lady?'
The only thing I have changed since working there for this past month and a half, two months, whatever, is that I finally pinned my pronoun pin to my vest. That's it. And it says "HE/THEY" and has the trans and agender flags.
I guess... She saw the pin and shorted out on accident? Made an honest mistake?
It was weird lol.
I remember maybe a year or two ago watching this hilarious guy with a really deep voice, people would recognize him in his play throughs. Can't find anything about him or his channel now it seems.
I just remember his videos being the funniest ever, usually very social, and his deep voice. He was fairly popular. I don't remember his name :(
edit: Swagger Souls! his videos have me dead laughing if you don't know him check him out!
it just kinda feels.. forced
it's like trying to do a deep voice when you're 7 years old
plus it just doesn't sound that good, it's like they tried to do a kyoshin thing but it doesn't work because she's not ambiguous in gender at a first glance
Not even a masc girl with a deep voice. Specifically fems. I don't even know why.
Here is my voice: https://www.reddit.com/r/teenagers/comments/rhsvqk/is_my_voice_deep_or_high_tell_me_what_do_you/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Also feel free to make assumptions on my voice and I will say if it is true or not.
Now donโt me wrong, Ryujins overall exudes strength and confidence, but having a deep voice like other girl crush idols, is not one of her assets. Iโm a musician a bit of an audio nerd so I always pay attention to an idols pitch and timbre subconsciously.
She tends to speak in a calm, sort of vocal fry type of way, but her actual voice is pretty frail and average -pitched for a girl.
Itโs pretty obvious when she says โIโm the Mafiaโ in that one part on Mama and her voice nearly cracks cause sheโs trying to speak in a range her voice just naturally isnโt in. Having a frail voice is definitely not a bad thing, but fans need to stop saying her voice is so deep when it really just isnโt. Sheโs very talented yes but out of all of Itzy she struggles the most to support her live vocals/rap parts cause her voice cracks when sheโs a lil tired.
Like cโmon just listen to it, even Lia has a lower set singing voice, and Chaeryeongโs voice is actually pretty close to Ryujin. If anything Yeji and Lia have the lowest voices in Itzy and their voices are pretty high.
Anyways, Iโve been dying to say that as a Ryujin stan cause I swear some people are imagining things when they hear her voice. Like YES she speaks in a flirty/vocal fry type way all the time but just listen for a second and youโll realize her voice is average if not a bit high pitched. Itโs also a lil frail(unlike her personality and appearance ofc)
I think its honestly cool that her voice is the way it is but just donโt act like its manly cause youโre just tripping.
Which I don't even think is her fault in all honesty, it sounds like the voice directors are making her go way lower than her "comfortable" speaking range. There's audible strain in her voice. Why not hire an actress with a lower vocal range, or just let the character be a little higher pitched? Fem Warden's voice is high and she's not any less intimidating because of it.
