The Guardian Council has blocked over 800 reformers who have filed to run for political office in 2020, in particular the Pervasive Coalition of Reformists has lost a few hundred prospective members to the Consultative Assembly, and four sitting members, who have been removed for questioning the Supreme Leader, and his Deputy. This will seriously hurt their electoral chances and results in the later 2020 elections, which will determine the body of the Iranian Consultative Assembly for the next four years. The elections this year, may affect the far more important election to be held next year to determine who will succeed President Rouhani to the high office of the President. With the general popularity of reformists having dropped in the past few years, and the now block of multiple reformists, there is a concern that Iran may swing back to the right.
The Guardian Council, twelve Islamic legal experts have ruled that over 800 reformist politicians are unfit to hold political office, many for having been unfaithful to the Islamic Republic in Iran, or Islam. Over fifty women have been banned, many for not proper dress, or adhering to the Iranian practices regarding women. There has been some minor international outcry, but the situation is still developing for any foreign governments, or groups to comment on the matter. Most alarmingly four delegates for the Pervasive Coalition of Reformists have been banned, for treason, and have been arrested. The common thread between those four delegates was their disapproval of Sadeq Larijani taking the position of Deputy Supreme Leader, and eventually Supreme Leader. This has led many to say that Deputy Larijani has ordered their arrest, and removal from political office.
The electoral future of the Pervasive Coalition of Reformists, is in serious question moving forward, as while their polling numbers have increased in multiple districts, their pool of viable candidates has decreased considerably. Much of Rouhani's support stems from his reforms regarding relations with the West, and the JCPOA which has now yielded the promised results of serious foreign investment. The United States has rejected Rouhani's offer of establishing diplomatic contact between the two nations once again, claiming that Iran supports terrorist groups, once again establishing that Iran is alone in her endeavor. The conservatives have been able to use these facts for advertisements, propaganda, and campaigning. One can only assu

[M] Since there are no parties, I will be categorising candidates into three groups: Reformists, Conservatives and Reactionaries. The names are self-explanatory.
1-7 Majority of Reformists
8-15 Majority of Conservatives
15-17 Majority of Reactionaries
18-20 No Majority (roll again)

Iraqi Composition in the Iranian Parliament.
Today in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, heads of Iraqi provincial parties have been taking shots at one another with the recent mafioso attacks on each others' paramilitary groups. Al-Ahrar leader Dia al-Asadi started the confrontation when he called the Muwatins "Disgraces to the Iraqi people." The Iraq Provincial Coalition promptly introduced a new bill to the floor of the Assembly which detailed an independent Iraq, and called for a vote in the respective regional governments specifically within the Iraqi border. The reasoning behind it was that "the regional politicians know what is best for the Iraqi people. We elect those politicians because they represent our communities clearly." The Iraq Provincial Coalition
Al-Muwatin fired back by introducing a bill that would incorporate Iraqi provinces into existing Iranian ones, and another that would dismantle the Arab Alliance from holding public office for its "terrorist like nature," as Governor Abdul-Mejid of Baghdad said. Unrelated, but Abdul-Mejid also stated that the Muttahidoon party should also be barred from the Assembly because of its infidelity to the Shi'a state.
The Asian Federative Union's lower house has made motion to vote on a bill which will nationalize approximately 10% of industries within the nation as state ventures as well as nationalizing some assets of others to establish joint-state ventures between private companies which have not been as such before.
If this passes it will move to the upper house for further deliberation.
The elections for Qatar's consultative assembly have been delayed repeatedly since they were promised by the 2003 constitution. We have decided they will finally take place in June 2018. Elected candidates will take up two-thirds of the consultative assembly, with the other third being appointed by the Emir. According to the constitution, the assembly will have three powers: to approve (but not prepare) the national budget; to monitor the performance of ministers through no-confidence votes; and to draft, discuss, and vote on proposed legislation, which becomes law only with the vote of a two-thirds majority and the Emir's endorsement.
The elections will be done by universal suffrage, so all men and women who are Qatari citizens and are over the age of 18 may vote. Political parties remain banned and candidates must be approved by the Emir.

The Consultative Assembly was established by the Qatari Constitution in 2003 and elections have been promised ever since. However, for various reasons, they have consistently been out off. Now, however, the current Emir has stated that as part of the Qatar National Vision 2030, a functioning, elected legislature is necessary.
The Consultative Assembly is intended to be comprised of 30 elected by universal suffrage and 15 appointed members. However currently it consists entirely of appointed members, something the current Emir has stated is "shameful".
Any citizen over the age of 18 may vote provided they have registered by the 11th of February. Women were enfranchised in 1999.
The elections for the People's Consultative Assembly, held alongsidet the presidential elections, have given a stong advantage to the Gerindra party, with them forming a coalition with Golkar to create a majority in the Assembly. Some have accused Subianto of vote rigging, although he denies these charges and attempts to investigate have been blocked.

Hi All,
I have a simple product design where id need a company to produce the PCB design, manufacture the boards, and most likely assemble the boards. Is there a recommended all in one shop for this? I know there are plenty of places that will take your design and create your board but are there places that will do the design work based on your requirements as well?
[Fair warning: this is really long and still barely scratches the surface of a very complicated issue. I am also not an actual Biblical scholar, just someone very interested in this issue, so please forgive me if I misuse terms or what have you.]
In the 1960s, Biblical scholar Morton Smith shocked basically everyone in his field by unveiling a newly discovered letter written by Clement of Alexandria, an early leader of the Church.
This letter discusses and quotes from a previously unknown early Christian text entitled The Secret Gospel of Mark. There are only two quotes. The second one is very short, but the first one is wild.
>And they come into Bethany. And a certain woman whose brother had died was there. And, coming, she prostrated herself before Jesus and says to him, "Son of David, have mercy on me." But the disciples rebuked her. And Jesus, being angered, went off with her into the garden where the tomb was, and straightway a great cry was heard from the tomb. And going near Jesus rolled away the stone from the door of the tomb. And straightway, going in where the youth was, he stretched forth his hand and raised him, seizing his hand.
>
>But the youth, looking upon him, loved him and began to beseech him that he might be with him. And going out of the tomb they came into the house of the youth, for he was rich. And after six days Jesus told him what to do and in the evening the youth comes to him, wearing a linen cloth over his naked body. And he remained with him that night, for Jesus taught him the mystery of the kingdom of God. And thence, arising, he returned to the other side of the Jordan.
If you're a Biblical scholar, there's a lot to unpack there. If you're not a Biblical scholar, you might still be struck by the fact that Jesus apparently spends the night alone in a cave with a young man wearing only a linen cloth over his naked body? To me, and at least at one point to Morton Smith, it kind of sounds like this may suggest a sexual element to this initiation rite?
And what's really key is that this isn't just any previously unknown text. Again, the letter claims that these quotes are from the "Secret Gospel of Mark," a second version of the existing Gospel with extra material, reserved for spiritually advanced readers who were already "initiated into the great mysteries." Supposedly, the Gospel we have today is only a shortened, introductory version meant for general audiences.
If that's true, it would be a

I am still grieving the loss of an individual to opiates. I was and still am very lost and that night I chose Cognac. And put focus on this post. I'm embarrassed and I will look for future opportunities to be a better and kinder Redditor.
Edit: I paid for a legal consultation to be completed this evening. On a Saturday night. This issue was bugging me. I didnt really have the very generously offered rate of $75. But he bought my drinks so who cares. Enjoy and πyou haters.

Loans require fair credit practices where as advances are still a gray area legally. You MUST revoke your Bank account's authorization AND your debit card authorization! Template email to send is below. You must send the email 3 Business days before the repayment date. Legally, they have 3 days to revoke but if you revoke in time they are required to cancel all prior Authorized Payments. Find your banks email address and CC them on to the email too.

However, I do not believe that anyone has provided an in-depth analysis of the institutions of the Imperium and why core aspects of those institutions contribute either to the prosperity of the Imperium or to its degradation. We will see that it will overwhelmingly be the latter. In this essay, I hope to fill in that gap in our knowledge using the theoretical framework of Daron Acemoglu and James A. Robinson (from here on I will refer to them as DJ for brevity). For my sources, I will treat the Lexicanum as canon and will use it as my primary resource. I am also focusing on the Imperium as it exists in the 40,000 millenium, prior to the resurrection of Roboute Guilliman, as his reforms might make some of what I will describe inaccurate. Finally, I will rely on real-world examples to illustrate my ideas and will cite those accordingly. With the brief introduction out of the way, allow me to give a brief overview of DJ's theories.
DJ's theories seek to explain how nations achieve sustainable development. They conceptualize two axes that determine the ability of a nation to have sustainable development: the centralized-uncentralized axis and the extractive-inclusive axis:
DJ believe that for sustainable prosperity to occur, a society must have centralized, inclusive institutions. Centralization is required to provide a safe, organized playing field by which creative destruction might occur through inclusive institutions. Creative destruction refers to how new technologies replace old technologi

The media serving the political interests of Ilham Aliyev confuse both the citizens of Armenia and the leadership of the republic by spreading false sensations.
Thus, the Azerbaijani publications Day.az and Haqqin.az, citing allegedly Armenian media, misinformed about discussions by Pashinyan and extra-parliamentary political forces on the termination of Armenia's membership in the CSTO and Eurasian Economic Union.
No evidence whatsoever. Only a spatial phrase: "There is reason to believe that this information is likely to correspond to reality".
Telegram channels covering events in Armenia are baited by spreading this "insider" information as criticism of the policy of Prime Minister Pashinyan, without checking its reliability. This is how informational stuffing reaches its intended audience.
Youtube channels are an audiovisual way of spreading fakes. One of which is the Russian language "News from Azerbaijan and Armenia".
This stuffing is also posted on dubious resources covering events around Russia.
Azerbaijan works on two information fronts. On the one hand, it convinces the Armenian population of the notorious betrayal of Russia and discredits unfavorable tripartite agreements. On the other hand, it spreads stuffing about the betrayal of the leadership of Armenia to Russia and the pro-European orientation.
By spreading tales about the political divorce of Armenia and Russia, Azerbaijani propaganda convinces mainly its own population of them.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the Consultative Assembly on Cooperation with Extra-Parliamentary Political Forces was held for the fifth time. The government's dialogue with the opposition is gaining momentum. It has never happened in the history of modern Armenia. The majority understands that state interests are higher than internecine warfare.
We need to get used to information pressure and learn to recognize it by developing critical thinking and paying attention to sources. The danger is that fakes multiply in the Russian language. And under their influence, respectively, falls the population of Russia. At all times Turks were interested in the Armenian-Russian enmity. But now they are particularly interested in it, because the Kremlin's position enables Yerevan to conf

Bill: Iβm a bill. And Iβll probably never be a law. I sure want to, but I probably never will.
Boy: Gee, Bill. That really sucks. How could that happen?
Bill: Well, you see, I started out as an idea. Some local elder wanted a bridge to nowhere to create some jobs, and the bureaucrat from Tehran stationed in his area agreed. So they brought it up with the local Majis representative (whose election theyβd bought). So he proposed a bill to create a bridge in that village. And now itβs being debated in that Assembly building up there!
Boy: Wow! That sounds incredibly corrupt!
**Bill:**I am! But I wonβt get passed, at least not by the Majis. Well, maybe I will. But the people in there, your representatives, donβt like to agree. The nationalists are saying that Iβm too corrupt, everyone else is saying that no one cares. Democracy, itβs wonderful?
Boy: Itβs so dysfunctional? How does anything get done in this country?
Bill: Oh, Iβll show you right now. Hello Mr. Prime Minister!
Prime Minister: Hello Bill! I see youβre supposed to build a pork barrel bridge. Want me to accomplish it by decree through pulling strings in the bureaucracy? Or maybe even send some conscripts to get it done?
Bill: Oh, youβre too kind. But Iβm currently educating this boy here in how Iranβs democracy works. Maybe later, if you have time.
Iran. A land of great empires. Great empires with brilliant administrative systems. Did you know that the great Persian Empire invented the postal service? Now, modern Iran, well. Um. Well.
As is usual in most countries, things in Iran are accomplished with two things: money and guns. Well, thereβs some caveats. But ultimately all real power comes from those sources. If youβre interested in where power lies in Iran, youβll have to look there.
Iran, surprisingly or not, has a lot of money these days. The problem is that no one can quite agree on how to spend it. The other issue is that a very large portion of it comes from a single oil company. But, anyways, letβs track the money.
Where does it come from?
Iranβs money mainly comes from taxes or the oil industry. Some comes from state-owned industry. But overall, all of it is overseen and managed by bureaucrats. Bur
