"New" Chinese skin for the PB4Y-2 Privateer?

I have no idea how this happened but somehow my Privateer has a "chinese" skin on it in-game? I asked a B17 who was flying next to me and he says he sees the skin as well

https://preview.redd.it/tevlqmdtcl261.png?width=748&format=png&auto=webp&s=50e48cfa0ab934966460a01169cef2c1ed964720

The skin in-game, despite not having the option to equip something like this

https://preview.redd.it/2wwrfanqcl261.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=a39c15a00c59468dd6e87709203bb77cafa581e9

It even has a working damaged version as well

The default skin i have + decals, plus the drop-down menu not having any \"chinese\" camo for the plane either

Edit : it even shows up as it in the replay

PB4Y-2 Privateer with Torpedoes?

I don't know the whole history of the plane however I do know it is a naval/patrol bomber and from brief research I've read it can get Torpedoes. I was having a blast flying the PBY Catalina with torpedos in a squad and was thinking it would be great to have a high tier torpedo bomber (especially in America's case). But it they seemed stop giving American's torps after the Helldiver. Anyone agree or got a reason to suggest why it shouldn't get torpedoes?

Is the PB4Y Privateer a better French bomber than the MB162?

France kinda lacks bfmbers don't you think? It goes BR wise from like 3-4-5.7-9 right? For arcade that is, I don't really play anything besides that.

Whilst you are still grinding for you Vatours and Ouragans and are still stuck around BR 5-6.3 (which France only has 4 in that BR) is it better to use the MB162 or the privateer? I have not gotten the privateer yet, but from what I have read it is kinda slow. It's payload is certainly better.
