A list of puns related to "Clear craze"
Hey there, lookin for a low and mid fire clear glaze that doesnβt craze. I use Duncan pure brilliance right now for low fire and Iβm frustrated with the crazing. I couldβve sworn Iβve used it before without this issue but maybe I was mistaken.
For a cone 6 clear glaze I use HF-10 zinc free clear. It also has some crazing. Do I just say f it and buy clear glaze I just have to mix myself? Iβm working at a community studio where I have to buy my own glazes so I donβt have a ton of space. Anyways, your suggestions are welcome!
Thanks yβall!
As the title suggest, Iβm facing crazing issues ONLY ON THE INTERIOR OF MUGS.
I have tried amacoβs clear glaze for various clays(porcelain and stoneware) and forms(plates, mugs, bowls, test tiles etc).
I noticed that the interior of mugs would craze(be it porcelain or stoneware clay bodies).
For context, I have mugs with 2 coats and 3 coats of glaze. All leading to a same crazing result.
The glaze firing(cone 6) goes to a 15 min slow cool, so I donβt think itβs thermal shock. Wondering if the form affects how the glaze reacts? As mugs have the βtightestβ interior compared to plates/bowls.
If so, how do I fix this issue?
It's a shame sites like reddit didn't exist back then to properly mock the phenomenon.
Without any Gacha/lvl30normal cats, is it possible to beat any crazed or awaken stages? Any possible strategies to share?
First, full disclosure. I am a US Army Counterintelligence Agent. This will be the first time I've posted something on Reddit in the 10 years I've been here that runs the risk of someone being able to figure out who I am based on the story I'm about to tell, but I'm nearly retired, so I think I'm probably alright.
I want to start with a disclaimer. I know, having read a ton of books and watched a ton of stuff over this topic, that we (CI) have a bad reputation in this and the UFO community and I get it. But me, personally? I have no reason or desire to lie or add more confusion into this subject as it's already muddled enough as it is. So what I'm going to recount here are events exactly as they occurred and my own personal thoughts and opinions.
None of this is to be taken as the official stance of the US Government or the US Army.
Now, the story. Apologies in advance, this is long.
Back around Thanksgiving of 2018, I was at work, discussing the old Project Stargate with a colleague who worked in a SAP in the same building as me. During this conversation, he mentioned that one of his coworkers was a retired CI colonel who provided cover support to Stargate back in the 80s and offered to introduce me, so I went with him and we had a rather... interesting conversation regarding Stargate and some of the stuff that went on at Fort Meade during that timeframe with regard to that program. During that conversation, I somewhat jokingly asked, "Are you guys going to tell me that UFOs are real next?" They all became rather serious and my colleague asked, "Have you ever heard of Luis Elizondo?"
He went on to explain that Elizondo was a former Army CI guy like myself and told me that I should look into some of his claims and videos. According to this colleague, he served with Elizondo while he was still in the Army and explicitly trusted the man. So - I did my research, watched some stuff, and eventually figured out where Elizondo worked at the time - TTSA. So? I contacted TTSA, identified myself as a CI agent and said I'd be curious to talk to Elizondo if he was willing, just to discuss this subject in general.
24 hours later, I had about a 30 min-1 hour phone call with Elizondo. The biggest takeaways from this conversation were the three questions I asked and his answers to them: 1 - What made you believe? He responded with, "You know the videos in the news? The stuff that's still classified is way crazier." 2 - Is AATIP still a thing, because the

None of the information in this report should be constituted as near/mid/long term financial advice OR financial advice for that matter, cryptocurrency investing is highly risky and speculative and there is a chance you may lose most of your initial investment.
I won't provide any TLDR for this post because it is worth reading all of it, since it is a good idea to know what you are investing into.
Also DON'T give me awards.
I hold a significant Loopring investment, thus this may be a biased analysis.
(Edit 1: Added an extra section analyzing market cap of NFT)
Loopring is an open protocol for building decentralized exchanges initiated by Daniel Wang. The protocol is free, extensible, and serves as a standardized building block for decentralized applications (dApps) that incorporate exchange functionality. It is operable on Ethereum and Qtum while NEO is also under construction. (Reference: Bitcoin Wiki).
Loopring is a no-brainer investment at these price levels and here is why:
Probably the most important thing that gets overlooked in an initial investment thesis, is the management. Good management is absolutely pivotal to a business/technologies success.
Loopring is an engineering first development team, meaning they are made up of mostly engineers(95% of the team are engineers). Now you may be asking, isn't this a problem⦠it's not, you always want a team that is as technical as possible, a good product will always sell itself, look at Tesla, mostly engineers and 0 marketing. Good management, is the cornerstone of a company and the value it will deliver to its investors. (Source: Loopring Medium Article, Finestone's parting words)
Some of the most successful companies on the planet, are engineering first companies, with a rich focus in R&D (Research and Development). I can list many but here is a few
- Palantir
- Amazon
- Tesla
Loopring's lack of media presence, may seem bearish to outside investors or on a short time frame, BUT to me, it is a sign that they are focused on delivering industry changing products that will accelerate mass adoption to cryptocurrencies, metaverse and NFTs. There is no need to endlessly hype your products, there is no need

I had no idea what I was doing, as this was in the middle of the GME/AMC frenzy at the time. I work in the video game industry and it was impossible to avoid everything that was happening with GME, but at that point GME was trading at $379, and I felt that I missed the train. AMC however was looking to be the "next thing" and I dove in. Two trading days later the stock closed at $7.92, and I more or less expected that I lost out on everything.
But rather than admitting defeat I started reading up on things, and trying to understand just what the fuck was going on. At this point I found Trey's Trades, which helped out a lot in the beginning with explaining stuff, while also keeping morale up. I started averaging down, buying more and more shares, and during the June craze I was up almost 300% with 800+ shares. But I didn't sell, not a single share. And after the June craze I continued buying, but by now I was averaging up. I'm now at 1100+ shares with an average of $21.
2021 was insane, especially for me as a Swede being exposed to the American stock market, while also being somewhat of a noob when it comes to stocks. But I also feel I have learned so much during this year, and it's also why I'm convinced I made the right choice in continuing to buy the stock, and also not to sell a single share even while we were riding high.
Here is my top five reasons to NOT sell AMC until it hits MOASS.
AMC has a free float of 513.45 million shares. You should also remember that a year ago the oustanding shares was 224.33 million, and in January 2020 it was 103.85 million. The pandemic was rough on AMC as a company, and there's no hiding that they needed capital badly to keep things running while hedge funds were trying to push the stock to $0. Either way, the total volume traded for AMC in 2021 was a staggering 28.4 billion (with a B). That means that the entire free float was traded more than 55 times over the last year, and more than the entire free float was traded every week (on average).
How on earth can anyone at SEC look at those numbers and think "yep, that seems like a healthy and not manipulated stock". Let's compare to the most popular stocks in the US:
Stock | Free float | Total volume in 2021 | Number of times free float traded |
---|---|---|---|
AMC | 513.45 million | 28.4 billion | 55.3 times |
Tesla | 809.17 million | 6.87 bil |
I just recently read a post where users discussed how much their rents increased. As someone who's lived in Miami my entire life, it's pretty painful to see rents and housing prices go up by an insane amount. It's been difficult to get a clear number as different sources cite different increases (some say 25%, others 31%, others 27%, some 18%, etc) but we can all agree it's been unhealthy.
To paint an ugly picture, let's say Joe and Jane wanted to buy a home going for $450k with a 20% down payment, so 90k. They've saved 15k each year over the past 5 years. They have 75k in the bank now. But ever since Frankie boy the cryptard started shilling Biscayne Bay as the new "Bay Area" on twitter, that $450k house is now worth $562k (a 25% increase in a year).
That means in order for Joe and Jane to simply stay competitive against work-from-home transplants with NY pay, California pay, or digital salaries (like YouTubers, influencers, crypto nerds, etc.), they have to save the extra $15k they were planning the 6th year AND come up with an additional $22.5k all in the same year. Again, this is just to stay competitive and put 20% down not counting closing costs. In other words, for many people, home down payments are rising faster than the rate of saving for them.
It's not only low interest rates or just some tech CEOs and influencers moving here, but the main things screwing the Miami/SFL market are:
-Work-From-Home Migration from Everywhere
-Newfound Wealth (Especially crypto)
-Teardowns and Luxury Homes/Developments
As far as transplants moving here, let's be fair not all are well off, not all work in tech or even remote jobs. Some just want the Miami experience and came here for the weather or to show off to their friends/family back home. Idk. But it's a fact that work-from-home tends to skew white-collar, and they generally get paid more...a lot more in some instances. Now this is not an attack on the haves and the haves-nots but rather how the Internet and digitized world has actually become the great ***in***equalizer. The salaries of local 305 workers are based on the cost of living of Miami, however WFHers have the option to live here with NY- or CA-based pay, or money made from digital platforms. Their salaries aren't based on the COL of Miami, but they still increase demand thus increasing the prices of housing here, leaving local-based workers in the dust. There is a huge disconnect. Not only that, but since there is so mu

Recap of 2020:
LoR officially launched on the 29th of April 2020 - but even as early as January numbers were looking very good for LoR as it immediately entered the top 100 most watched games at 44th, and stayed there until realease.
The month of Feburary being the first full month of open Beta, and the month of May the first full month post official release, were the high water marks of LoR viewership coming in at ranks 33/35 respectively and garnering as high as 5.8 million hours watched with an average viewership of 7,800 across all streamers of the game.
However even towards the end of 2020 the downwards trend was clear, as new releases, additional content and other Riot games event tie-ins did little to stop the decline towards the fringes of the top 100. LoR suffered a consistent slide down the board before seeming to finally settle at the end of the year. September - December of 2020 established a basline audience - with consistently around the 1.6 million hours watched across some 2,300 average viewers.
2021 appeared to start with promise - as Riot released a clear roadmap for what to expect. It showcased an aggresive schedule of new content released every month mixed between co-op vs AI with New sets and expansions. Later down the line we would witnesses the 2021 LoR world championship with a $200,000 prizepool, and of course the big lore event tie ins with Arcane etc.
However this seems to have done absolutely nothing to grow the game's viewership, as averages for the entirety of 2021 are way down on the 2020 averages, and seem to reflect an even worse situation than this time last year, without the sucesses of the early release period.
Worryingly, the last few months in particular have been dire. October saw the least interest in LoR on record, seeing an average viewership figure barely in the 4 digits at 1035, and this didnt improve massively in november either. Time will tell if this is just a short term dip, but given the overall trend it seems unlikely unless something big changes.
These are how the key stats break down compared to 2020:
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Roughly Ten Minutes Prior
"Well that was egregiously terrifying," Rob said, as he ran down the streets of Broadwater City. "I don't think I should be allowed to have ideas anymore."
<If I had a body, and pants, I would've shit them.> Diplomacy's core pulsed with fear. <When she looked at us...>
"Yeah." A shudder ran up and down Rob's spine. "Yeeeeah. Well, we distracted Queenie long enough for the Blight to injure her, and we've gone thirty seconds without being barbecued, so I'm counting this as an absolute win."
They left it at that. Neither of them wanted to focus on the image of those blazing, hate-filled eyes staring into their souls. It had already burnt itself into their memories; no need to give the impending nightmares more fuel.
The streets of Broadwater were vacant as Rob sprinted towards the designated teleportation circle. Hopefully that was a sign that everyone was at the rendezvous point and ready to be evacuated. If the Dragon Queen's injuries weren't as bad as they seemed when Rob caught his last glimpse of her, then not only would she be coming for them after she'd finished char-broiling the Blight, but it meant that she was so freakishly powerful that fighting her was impossible. The Deserters and Fiends would need to teleport to safety right away, and any stragglers left behind would just have to deal with the raw hand they'd been dealt.
Rob was fully aware that he was dangerously close to becoming one of those stragglers. How long was left until the circle was ready, exactly? Five minutes? Three? He didn't have a watch, and keeping track of time had never been his strong suit. Usually he'd remove a member of his Party in order to send a long-distance message, but this whole plan was spur of the moment, so he hadn't gotten the chance to set up any callsigns in advance. The good news was that Queenie didn't seem willing or able to follow him, though, so he should be okay even if he arrived at the evacuation spot a little late.
...They wouldn't just...leave, right? Like, if the Dragon Queen was divebombing them out of the sky, that was different. No hard feelings if they needed to bail under those circumstances. But if he was just a teeeeensy bit late to the meetup time, and no impending danger was forthcoming, then he should be fine, right? The Fiends would totally delay...escaping to their beloved homeland...for the sake of a...Human.

Hey there!
I discovered this sub a couple of weeks ago and thought I'd try my luck. Apologies for my English, it's not my first language.
My situation isn't much different from everyone else's here. Parents discovered Telegram Channels which fueled their Anti Covid restriction opinion and slowly started to go down the Q-Rabbithole.
My dad turned violent. At first, he just said that politicians deserve to be punished, this turned into execution and now everyone against him deserves a good beating. My mom is on a health craze and believes in vax shedding.
Every time I get a call from them, I get screamed at, berated and threatened. Everything, from Biden getting elected over Trump to mask mandates, is my fault. I feel my mind gets a good verbal beating everytime I talk to them. Due to regulations here in Germany, I really have to be careful about what I tell them about my life since it's easy to slip up so they know I can only do this activity because I'm vaccinated.
They've gotten so much more racist. The guy I'm seeing is from Asia (being vague on purpose) and clearly not white. My sibling, which as of now I'm also not really speaking to, tattled that I was seeing someone and they gave me a lecture about how it's not good for the grandkids to be "mixed" (used a very racist German term).
They don't know I'm vaccinated and they made it very clear that I will not only be disowned (whatever) but Dad will come and give me a good "fatherly" beating if I do it.
There's so much more I could list here... That was the last straw. I am fearing my parents. They know where I live, my dad threatened me with physical violence..
I'm 27f and have been living alone for almost 10 years now. I will endure Christmas this year, grab all remaining documents and then cut them off in January or February. I can't take it anymore.
Sorry for the long vent. Any advice how to cope is appreciated β€οΈ

Say what you will about the New Beetle, but it was an extremely important product in Volkswagen's lineup, and was one of the few cheap cars ever to garner universal praise on launch. Along with launching A4 architecture that would go on to underpin the seminal MK4 Golf and Jetta, this was also the car that kicked off the retro styling craze that persisted through the aughts. It also, you know, was the first successor in fifty years to the best selling and most recognizable car on the planet. Like it or not, in 1998, this car was a big deal, and they were everywhere.
Where'd they all go?
To scrapyards, next to all the Civics with the same snapped timing belts and the same slipping transmissions. Notably, they did not rust like the Civics did, and the mostly plastic body meant they could be kept rust free with ease, if you cared.
Who cares?
You'd be surprised; I know I was. I've always had enthusiast oriented, older, European executive cars. Nice cars. Rare cars. Cars I've put a lot of work into. If I were able to combine every comment and kind word I've heard about my cars over the years... it'd probably amount to a tenth of what I've heard about the Beetle. Everyone just adores this stupid little thing, and they're more than happy to tell me about it, because you're everybody's friend in a Beetle. It's bizarre.
To this day I am floored that no one has made fun of me, or called me gay, or anything else you might expect bombing around in a screaming bright green Barbie car. On one occasion outside of a coffee shop early in the morning, I heard a gruff, burly voice call out to me from a beat-ass Silverado:

Returning to Reddit after much time away (sorry! Responsibilities to people who pay me actual money), this felt apropos, because, you know, on the will-there-be-a-MOSS-in-Gamestop question, we have a final answer from the SEC.
>There was a MOASS. It happened in January. There are no secret shorts.

Yet, on the GME bull subs, folks seem relentlessly committed to terminal unawareness of this basic point. All the excitement about DRS-ing, the tweet of the day, unrelated financial doomingβthese only matter if you have a basis for believing that thereβs some massive short interest in GME right now.

And, moreover, there isnβt any evidence that there might be. (No, hearsay and conjecture arenβt evidence). To the contrary, we have a specific explanation of why there used to be shorts, there arenβt shorts now, shorts covered and closed and went away.
