Things to look out for moving forward
- The Next Quarterly Run up is Feb.23rd---March.10th 2022 ( 75 Days Away) ---This is the LONGEST I could potentially see us having to hold before seeing us rip up----but I'm pretty sure since we just ran flat within the last quarter--we are due for some big moves up way sooner!
- Dec.17th is Quad Witching Day if i'm not mistaken---It's where there's potentially a lot of delta hedging and buying happens within the last 10minutes of the market---Usually nothing---but it's something to keep an eye out for.
- We are due for a potential PR/Catalyst - We have not received any recent PR's from Vinco---There's been many hints about getting updates from India's Lomo updates and potentially a new artist signing for E-NFT.com. More news on the $TYDE dividend may came out along with the closing of the acquisiton of Adrizer---There's a ton of catalyst that can drop at any time which could help us get to KEY Critical Price Points (which I am going to discuss about in this DD)
- Keep an eye out for next week. Dec.17th has a VERY HIGH and dense open interest at $4, $5, $6 Open Interest(even higher than it was last week)---If we get PR drop from Vinco and break

MS has done a excellent job in maintaining the variety of games on game pass & Xbox, which I am really happy about. However, the way that they distribute content to players are not efficient. Here is why:
- Game Genres are not defined well enough
Xbox store currently categorized their games in only 9 different genres. With how diversified the gaming offering become, that is clearly not enough. What is worse is that, on Xbox, a game can only be assigned to one genre. For example, a game can not be both "roleplaying" and "indie". Additionally, the definition often is not accurate at all, like Among Us is classified as "Action Adventure", whereas many people will associate it more with "indie" or "party games"
If you look at what a competitor is doing, Steam has more than 40 categories for their games, with more user defined tags that increase the granularity.
A direct effect of this bad classification system: You see a ton of post on this subreddit saying "Recommend me a game, I like XXX". A good platform should be able to do the recommendation for the users, without the need for them to ask someone else. Netflix has the best recommendation system in the streaming world, if MS wants to be the netflix of gaming with GP, this is what they need to improve.
- Search Algorithm is bad
Xbox mobile app is probably the most notable one here. Even if you type in the full name of a game word by word. There is still chance you can't find the game on first page. I still can't imagine why they include those Windows store cheap mobile games into the search result in the first place lol.
On xbox console, things are better, but you still get a flood of dlc content, when you type in the game of a game. Usually the base game itself get buried under these DLC content. This makes it hard to find.

The Feisty Intro
I've failed to get a post I consider super important to the front page. It talks about Price's Law and a very powerful statistical distribution that appears all over in nature and economics called the Pareto Distribution. The tl;dr of this link is: the next step we can take as a community is to embrace a learning attitude and move forward to generate more cash and DRS more shares. A vanishingly small fraction of apes can succeed so wildly as to carry the rest of us to DRS valhalla. By adopting a more positive outlook that encourages learning together we can potentially unlock some would-be-whales that otherwise wouldn't exist.
I strongly urge you to watch this short 13 minute video on the topic of Price's Law and the Pareto Distribution. This topic completely puts to rest the ongoing narrative debate within our sub. Period! Apes should absolutely learn about options and encourage others to learn about them as well. The math in my post (linked above) shows definitively this to be true.
Here are my notes moving forward into the next couple of months regarding options plays. This is an open discussion, and I invite everyone to post up feedback and talk about strategy here. If you're a hater just move on - you'll only FUD yourself. Be nice to the DD authors around our sub, they are our most valuable asset (P.S. I'm not really a DD writer, I'm talking about the big names, you know who they are).

It's important to note that I'm not talking about replacing Mastercard or Visa. Bitcoin is more of a "savings technology" rather than a "spending (more than you have) technology". It's not only technically very different, but caters to different uses.
With that said, let's take a look at the 2021 quarterly volumes:

| Mastercard | $1.8 trillion |
| Visa | $3.2 trillion |
In graph form, looking back a bit further:
Bitcoin basically needs to grow its volume by 260% to be on par with Mastercard and 540% to be on par with Visa in terms of volume. While that doesn't sound like much, it is a lot.
There are 3 factors that could get Bitcoin to such levels:
- The number of transactions rises.
- The average amount of bitcoin sent per transaction rises.
- The bitcoin price rises.
Factor #1 is likely to be (part of) the answer, but is technically complex to determine due to the privacy provided by scalability solutions such as the Lightning Network. I go more in-depth on this in the full article.
As for factor #2 & 3: There is an unsurprising inverse correlation between the bitcoin price and the average btc sent per transaction. This means that as the bitcoin price goes up, the average btc that is transferred goes down.

If the Bitcoin blockchain eventually becomes more of a settlement layer, while payments increasingly move to solutions built on top of it such as the Lightning Network, then we could see this trend reverse.
