Hi everyone! This is a survey for my Science Fair project. It's a continuation of my project last year. I'm seeing how the COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting adolescent mental health. Using last year's data, I'll compare it to this year and see how the progression of the pandemic, as well as changes in school structure and social life, have changed results. It's for people ages 9-21 who are enrolled in school and was made with US residents in mind.
