Hi, I'm looking for to buy a 3BHK builder floor in Gurgaon. After seeing multiple options in localities like Malibu Towne, South City 2, Mayfield Gaden, I finally selected a 3 BHK in C-Block Sushant Lok Phase 1. Builder is asking for 1.75 cr, but it is negotiable. Floor is near DPSG public school. ROF Portico is around 350 meters away. It looks good so far.
It would be great if someone who lived here or currently living here can share their reviews. It is still not gated, so don't know how safe it is. Any major issue in water or electricity supply? Is it worth it?
Hi guys, I'm searching for a 3 BHK builder floor in Gurgaon. I shortlisted two properties - one is in Mayfield Garden (C-Block). Plot size is 240 SQYD/2232 Sqft. Price they are quoting is 1.6 cr. Other one is in Malibu Towne (Orange Drive), 192 sqyd/1728 Sqft. They are asking 1.5 cr for Malibu Towne.
I liked the C- Block one in Mayfield Garden. It is bigger and the society is gated. Apart from the C-Block I didn't like the Mayfield Garden much. I've heard that streets usually fill with water during the rain (especially in Monsoons)
On the other hand, Malibu Towne seems really good with lots of greenery and well maintained parks. But the property in the Malibu Towne offers much smaller carpet area as compared to the builder floor in Mayfield Garden.
Other good properties that found were in South City 2 and Greenwood City, but for that I need to stretch my budget by at least 20 Lakhs. Really confused between these two properties. What do you guys feel?

Eliminations: There are 25 players remaining, the goal is to get down to 12 after this block. Anyone who does not submit an entry will be eliminated. Anyone who loses the high-risk battle will be eliminated. If there are still >12 players at that point, the lowest season-long scores will be eliminated until there are 12 players left.

No more loot. No loot will be given out for performances on either the seven questions or the battle questions. You can of course use any accumulated loot during the bowl blocks.
