A list of puns related to "Bundle branches"
I barely make any diys with sticks so I have so many but I constantly run out of stone
hello,
i was wondering if i could get some help regarding the order of depolarisation and its corresponding traces on the ecg. is it correct in saying that depolarisation of the bundle of his, bundle branches and purkinje fibres occur BEFORE depolarisation of the myocardium? I always thought that depolarisation of the bundle branches and purkinje fibres was same as saying the ventricles were depolarising, but apparently thats wrong and the ventricles depolarise afterwards?
thanks,
I have an open trailer that I layed a cheap piece of laundry clothesline on the bottom first. I have piled small branches, lims, sticks on the trailer over the rope. It is now full with branches and I want to throw the rope over the top of the bundle and then cinch it super tight with some type of knot ir knots that as i cinch it tighter the permanent knot will not loosen. I plan on placing a hook around the rope that holds the branches and then pull everything out of the trailer and into a burn pile. Any idea which knot i should use?
Totally free! I'll deliver for a chance to shop on your island but not required!
Hi! I have too many items in my storage and Iβd rather give them to someone who needs them than sell to TnT. One bundle contains: 2 stacks of tree branches, 1 stack each of stones, iron nuggets and clay. Iβll take a spare diy if I donβt have it or 1 nmt. If youβre a new player let me know I might be able to help. Thanks!
My roommate and myself want to use as much of our Christmas tree as we can before ultimately having to throw it into a dumpster, and wanted to know if you can use the branches to make a smudge bundle. I believe ours is a Douglas fir, and Iβve found very little info online. I guess the worst that could happen is that is doesnβt smolder and just burns? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Never understood this, but where are the bundle branches in relation to the conduction system? I know there the SA node -> AV node -> His -> Fibers. Are they offshoots of something?
.
Ive been told on here before (see my previous post history Iβll comment it below) that a common cause of findings can be incorrect placement of two of the stickers. If they are placed too high for example.
Please see my ECG attached here and here
This ECG was carried out by a lab/centre and the write up was sent to my general doctor who wasnβt actually sent the images of the ECG. The cardiologist referral is because of the write up saying IRBBB.
Thank you in advance
Hi all, I found this sub looking for information for my SO (35M, 5'9", 165lbs, Hispanic) who is just over 2 weeks post infection and ended up in the ED over the weekend after an EKG at an urgent care showed a RBBB. He is over acute infection and has actually tested negative, but still experiencing sinus congestion, headaches, shortness of breath, fatigue, and heart palpitations/fluttering/discomfort.
He's not great at describing it, but says it's not exactly pain, more like irritation and bothersome. I've been going down internet rabbit holes trying to find info on the issue and similar COVID-related experiences - there's lots on heart inflammation, elevated HR and palpitations with COVID, LH, and even vaccines, but I haven't seen anything on RBBBs specifically.
Everything I've read suggests it's usually benign, but the fact that he's experiencing these sensations in his chest, AND has the abnormal EKG, AND it seems to be as a result of COVID, we are understandably worried.
He is a nurse, young (30s), active, healthy, and was fully vaxxed as of the end of January. We are baffled that his mild case could have led to what might be a permanent heart issue, but realizing it isn't all that uncommon π
Fortunately he hasn't had any other signs of heart problems, just this annoying fluttering, the residual shortness of breath, and the RBBB diagnosis. The CT didn't show any clots, and he just has some mild inflammation remaining in his left lung.
He's seeing a cardio as soon as he can, but in the meantime looking for information and perhaps some validation.
We know it will be mostly anecdotal, but has anyone by chance had similar findings/experience? Any insight from a medical perspective?
Thanks in advance!
Just curious if anyone here also has RBBB? Has any doctors advised anything etc?
New grad in the ICU, had a patient with a left bundle branch block today. I thought it was vtach but it wasn't as close together as vtach would be when his heart rate was in the 90s, but when his heart rate would jump up to 100-110, it was really hard to tell the difference.
Our monitor would sound off every once in a while and say vtach, the art line still had a wave form and he still had a radial pulse. Plus the monitors give false alarms a lot, nonetheless I always went to assess the patient.
But these look crazy alike and the whole day I was thinking what if the patient was going into vtach with a pulse and we didn't know it because of the left bundle branch block.
I was twice as nervous because the patient was a cardiac arrest patient with multiple runs of vtach and 3 codes.
Anyway to easily tell the difference between these two arrhythmias other than running to get a 12 lead every hour?
