How much are the Private Health Insurance companies raking in?
I had a look at the Annual reports of the top 8, which seem to pretty well be the entire market.
Turns out it's over $1 Billion in profit.
Then I kept seeing the ‘Federal Government Rebate’ pop up and wasn’t sure what it was (tbh I still don’t).
Anyway, the figure the Government is giving these companies comes to > $434 Million.
I just threw in the total package of the boards cause I was there.
