Wiltold Pilecki voluntarily was captured by Naziβs during WWII in order to infiltrate Auschwitz. Concentration camps were known, but the true atrocities were not. He collected intelligence under horrible conditions. Then somehow escaped and reported his findings to Poland and subsequently the world.

Sigining in Auschwitz concentration camp
About two years ago I visited the Auschwitz Concentration Camp with my parents. At one point, I separated from them, because they are always slow while sightseeing. I entered the room that I later found out was used for torturing prisoners. Generally, throughout Auschwitz, I was feeling an overwhelming sadness, but I felt really strange there. Sadness, helplessness and apathy.
Then I heard a woman voice singing. I was alone, there were no speakers. I left this room and immediately stopped hearing singing. When I returned to the room I heard the singing again and was still alone. I stayed there feeling an overwhelming sadness until my mother joined me. Then the singing stopped.
Unfortunately I don't remember what she was singing about, but song was really sad.

Suddenly, every train in present day βMurica defies time and space, and connects to a 1-way trip to Auschwitz, and other Nazi concentration camps, in 1941. Would the roughly 1 million Americans overthrow the Nazis and get to safety, or would the Nazis triumph over them?
Nearly a million people ride the train/subs in America daily, and over a 12 hour long period, they all arrive at random destinations.
Because most Americans know that the smell of burning flesh and swastikas means something very bad has happened, the first few gunshots would have everyone in a panic. However, these are modern day Americans, some are carrying, and everyone knows that the Nazis will kill them all, so itβs no use surrendering.
Would the train-riders overthrow the Nazi guards, and could they make it to the Western Front?
Round 1: Over the course of 12 hours, 1-2 million train-riding Americans suddenly find themselves not on their daily commutes, but pulling up to a Nazi concentration camp. Can they overthrow the guards?
Round 2: The few historians check with those who are map-savvy, and they decide to make their way to the Western Front, in a desperate attempt to escape. Can the million or so train-riders make their exodus to safety?
