Where is a safe place to store your luggage near Atlantic City bus station?
I don't have a hotel, I just arrived by uber to the bus station. Are there any public luggage storage places near by that I'm missing? Any other options would also be appreciated.
It is so stupid that the IND Fulton St (A/C) and Crosstown (G) Line aren't connected to the Atlantic Terminal station complex! Does anyone know why it was built this way?
This one missing connection would open up so many transfer opportunities! And I don't mean building a tunnel to connect the existing stations, though that would be the only realistic scenario given where the station are.
IRT/BMT stations are all integrated and right next to Atlantic Terminal / Barclays Center. But for some reason the IND built their stations several blocks away, and though it is not a super far walk, it would not be a fun transfer to do super frequently. And it is really only makes sense if you have an unlimited card.
On top of this, the Lafayette St station (Fulton St Line) only serves local trains. This makes sense as the station stands right now, but as I believe the station should have been closer to Atlantic Terminal, it also should have been an express station.
If these lines were built to better integrate with all the lines at Atlantic Terminal, it would make getting between Brooklyn and Queens so much easier and quicker!
