A list of puns related to "Angel of Mercy"
I finally broke down and watched anYouTube video to find out how to enter here but the location wonβt allow me to climb it.
Is this area locked or something?
Just trying to finish up my keychain for the contaminated zones and this one is holding me back.
Anyone else experiencing an bug for the contaminated zone angel of mercy where you are literally unable to vault up to the mission start point?
After 15+ minutes of trying I only made it onto the first ledge. I randomly came across this video and noticed they were walking instead of running.
I gave it a try and climbed the rest in under 5 minutes. It's also helpful to hold down the vault/climb button.
Thought I'd share because I can't be the only frustrated person who just wants to complete the zone.
EDIT: I've also read that turning on auto vault is helpful as well.

Death comes for us all. It is the grand inevitability of the universe.
Perhaps we deserved ours mused Versi. Her angular features twisted in a grimace as she breathed in and out lungs burning from her long trek. Frantically looking around for threats, to her, and her parents, she eventually sat down to catch her breath.
After all, did they not call us the grand scourge of the universe? A plague on the stars? What more fitting end than to meet our ancestors via another plague hmm?
She shook such thoughts from her head. They would help no one now. Certainly not her.
Looking up, she saw the source of their perdition, swoop and shriek among the dusty clouds of her planet.
Voidghul. The original "plague of the stars". Mindless beasts borne from space, feeding on all they came across, before firing spores into space to search for other worlds to ravage. Not much else was known about them, hardly any xenobiologist would go near a live one, and the dead husks they left behind were hardly fonts of information. Hypotheses on what they were and how they worked were as varied as they came, from simple evolved space originating organism, to ancient advanced bioweapon to the wrath of the creators themselves.
Her people had fought well, of course. Gul'syk were warriors born. But even the finest warrior cannot stem the tide of a Voidghul pestilence. Their formations broke. Their morale plummeted. And eventually the elders had ordered what Gul'syk with the means to do so to vacate the planet. While Gul'syk were a piratical race, few owned large enough or powerful enough ships to evacuate significant amounts of people. 5 billion total were gathered up, stuffed in every ship possible, and flown.....anywhere. Anywhere that would take them.
The remaining 4 billion were to go to their families, hold out as long as they can in case of rescue.
Rescue she thought bitterly. It was a lie. They sent the warriors home to say goodbye, and hold their families in their last moments.
Oh there had been distress signals of course. Contacts to every civilisation in the quadrant and beyond. Pleas for aid. For evacuation. For asylum. For anything. The reply was stated in many languages, but the message was the same.
"You made your fortunes from piracy. You preyed on those too weak to fight you, you plundered those too slow to stop you. All of you are complicit. You will recieve no help from us"
There was rage of course. Promise

A cold blooded tale on the search for Ashbringer's Hidden Appearance.
Like everyone else I was hunting that stupid slime. Minutes turned to hours, hours turned to days. I was simply waiting for it in the beginning but then someone said to server hop so I downloaded an addon and began server hopping. That still wasn't working. I haven't even seen the slime let alone even know exactly where it spawned.. hopelessness was sinking in fast
But hope was not lost! The light did not abandon me! On stormreaver 1 there it was the Large Vile Slime! I was ecstatic! But that feeling slowly turned to misgivings as I saw that the slime was at 75%. A single alliance paladin was attacking it! (I am a tauren paladin). Should I tag it? Does the mob work like worldquest where anyone who tags can get the quest? I remember reading a forum post about it being faction tagged. But this other paladin my brother in the light was the same as me. He probably was farming that slime for hours on end too... But what should I do with my prize so close in within my grasp?
Fear led to anger, anger led to hate.. I surrendered to the surrounding madness. Amber wings of molten fury erupted from my back as I blew Avenging Wrath. The paladin knew exactly what I had in mind and blew wings as well as a last ditch effort to kill the boss before he was killed. Kill or killed: It was a dps race! With a thundering blow the alliance paladin.. my kin... lay dead at my feet with the Large slime at 25% hp. Another horde paladin came and tagged the boss as well and when the Slime lay dead the other horde paladin shouted in elation; Yes! Finally! Now we can go live our dreams. I replied, I have blood on my hands. He didn't seem to hear me as he jumped around in joy and soon quickly vanished as he probably returned to whatever realm he came from.
There is a place called Plaguelands. And a river runs through it. I am there now, currently fishing as I type this post. Was the ashbringer corrupted? Or was I? And at what price? I am a Cruel Angel without a sense of mercy...~Fin
