A list of puns related to "American Adulterer"
Edit - This was published on May 7th on this sub. I have edited the text to improve readability, added images and added more sources for credibility.
Pre-Script - The tragedy has been partially undone! We are finally getting a remastered 4k version of Ramayana. Now respects must be paid to Yugo Sako for the work he did. It will improve bilateral relationships with Japan and encourage Japanese artists towards Indic-centric stories.
Sometime in the first decade of the 21st century, South Korea dedicated 1% of its GDP to fuel itβs arts and culture scene across the board β a fund of a staggering $1 billion. This meant it would fund universities, agencies and film studios in cash and low interest loans to further Korean culture. The main objective was to increase Korean influence across the world and hence project it as soft power.
The policy has been giving bumper harvests in form of critical acclaim and money. In the last year itself, South Korea brought in $85 BILLION as a result of this policy.
This can be seen everywhere. Parasite won the best picture at the Oscars in 2020. A Korean actor was nominated for best actor this year. K-pop is growing as a craze. K-drama is catching up.
They even have a quota system in Korean Cinema, where theaters are required to show a fixed number of Korean films and only after that imported movies.
This policy was thought to duplicate American and Japanese policies.
Japanese anime is all pervading today, and if you see any movie by a famous director, for example Hayao Miyazaki, Japanese culture is highlighted in every movie. Ditto with American soft power. Comics of Captain America, the novel The Hunt for red October, movie Argo are all examples of how USA pushes its cultural narrative.
Back at home, there has been little effort to further Indic art and culture, and whatever little effort had been made was thwarted by malicious agencies or fizzed out due to inaction by the Indic wing of the political spectrum.
The best example of this is the anime Ramayana, The Legend Of Prince Rama. The filmβs creator, Yugo Sako was a self professed Hindu, being an avid follower of Indic stories. The anime itself is beautiful, replete with melodious and memorable songs and dazzling fight sequences showcasing Sri Ramaβs and Ra

Roosevelt was an energetic personality, and it is clear with his opinions of other presidents. He harshly critiqued President Thomas Jefferson in his book ''The Naval War of 1812'' for shrinking the Navy when it would be needed. He called President Franklin Pierce ''a servile tool of men worse than himself ... ever ready to do any work the slavery leaders set him.'' About John Tyler he said: ''He has been called a mediocre man; but this is unwarranted flattery, he was a politician of monumental littleness.'' Damn, Roosevelt roasting other presidents as if he were roasting meat.
DOMESTIC POLICY
Trust-Busting
The defining policy of the Roosevelt decade was trust-busting, a policy of breaking up monopolies. For those who might not completely understand all of these terms, a monopoly is when big businesses eliminate all competition to stay on the top. They stayed on the top by forming a monopoly, pretty much organizing how business will deal with competition. For those with more imaginative minds, it was pretty much a shield used by businesses. As for trust-busting, it was essentially an initiative to break that shield using various policies. In general, much of Congress was worried what to do since a lot supporting monopolies, believing it was necessary to have consistent top-tier businesses always succeeding.
Roosevelt was, at first, not that much of a trust-buster, but agreed to implement the idea as politician bugged him about it. Even though he became an avid and active trust-buster, he still had some criticisms. For instance, when the Supreme Court ordered the break-up of Standard Oil, in an antitrust lawsuit begun under his administration and completed under Taft, Roosevelt said:
βI do not see what good can come from dissolving the Standard Oil Company into 40 separate companies, all of which will still remain really under the same control. What we should have is a much stricter government supervision of these great companies, but accompanying this supervision should be a recognition of the fact that great combinations have come to stay and we must do them scrupulous justice just as we exact scrupulous justice from them.β
This is not to say Roosevelt was not a trust-buster, he absolutely was. His famous brawls with J. P. Morgan (Northern Securities Company) and John D. Rockefeller (Standard Oil) are well remembered. He also won a few Supreme Court cases, such as [*Swift and Comp

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!

Doing some "research" last night, more like paranoid fueled reading if I'm being honest. I noticed inconsistentency with several information sources from both the AKA (American kratom association's website) and a discrepancy with some small batch vendors. According to the AKA kratom is ONLY supposed to be between 0.5-1.5% mitragynine. How come I see vendors small batch vendors such as Bennis or Your leaf your life with %s of higher than 1.5%. Am I overthinking this at all?
Also other vendors such as mitraman and other small batch guys such as beleafer and denette's don't regularly post their labs. Does this risk things such as lead poisoning and other adulteration of their products? I am very very paranoid about these kind of things if you couldn't tell haha.
Honestly I love mitraman, YLYL and Benni's, I just really want to make sure I'm not poisoning myself or making myself sick.
will tag u/mitramanatx on here just to see if he does comment. I really love your stuff by the way. The only reason why I'm asking about adulteration is a friend who worked at a headshop tested kratom one time (from a headshop mind you) and it came back with 5000 ppm on lead. I just want to ensure that small batch products are of the highest quality and even though you aren't regularly lab testing that I do not run the risk of getting me or my family or my friends ill with things such as lead poisoning or other contaminants.
Additionally, all the vendors mentioned above I use regularly and I likely won't stop using. I'm just asking as to whether I can be more Informed of the process that goes on behind the scenes to ensure that we are all getting a safe product that has near zero chance of causing problems down the road (regarding to health and wellness).
If it is possible to use more testing services and test through multiple labs the same product despite the extra price, I know that people would be perfectly willing to pay the extra money for the extra transparency and guarantee that the kratom they are getting is pure, low-lead, unadulterated, and a legitimate/safe product to be consuming.

I've never popped off on Ari, but I'm about to shed a bit of hate-weight.
*deep inhale*
K, so ... I don't think the girls who came to the house were anything to worry about. I make this case because his sister (the chick who loves and wants Avi to be in Ethiopia) is where Ari got that info.
It was probably like, "Yeah, ___ and ___ came over. They're old friends of ours, doing great these days." Or something similar. She's incredibly protective of her brother; she wouldn't be like:
"GIRL! Lemme tell you: He had some straight-up HOES over, omgomgomg! You do NOT wanna bring my nephew back, hell naw. Break my brother's heart and stay there, queen! What son, amirite?"
She wouldn't divulge info that was detrimental to her own family, c'mon.
Ari used the (most likely innocent and conversational) info to stage a fight 'cause she never intended to go back and we all know it. As soon as her ex left, she was like, "Man. This DOES suck. At the next opportunity, it's Seacrest Out time."
And dude ... she runs her mouth on him over the phone like she doesn't even like him, much less love him, and then berates him for not picking up at her every beck and international call. Well yeah: Look what happens when he does. He gets told he's a cheater, told to stfu, then he has his son dangled before him in extortion if he doesn't put up with her garbage behavior. I also think she's been given pain meds that she's taking too much of. There's a "look" to that shit and I saw it last episode. Lazy eyelids and a glaze over the eyes. I'm just kinda over her bullshit.
(And if this is acting, then good job! All involved: good job. I'm totally buying it and you're giving me a good excuse to sling shit and avoid my own problems. Isn't that the point? Also: Thanks!)
And you're damned RIGHT he put the crib away. It probably broke his fkn heart to wake up to a cold bed and an empty Avi pen every morning. Besides, the space is limited. If he wants to have a get-together, more room doesn't hurt.
I mean what: Does she think he put it away so as to hide that he's got a kid? He's on a fkn immensely popular TV show. I'm willing to wager 3/4 of the people in his town know who he is and that he's babied up with an American. Again.
Or did she think this was some Ethiopian Sheryl Crow/Kid Rock version of an affair: π΅"I put your playpen awaaaay. Played the butt-bongos todaaay. I can't Dancey Baby-Cool, next to your crib."π΅
Then she wants to talk about Bini putting his fami

If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.

Fruit on the bottom yogurt was invented for the US market by Daniel Carasso, owner of Danone (sometimes called Dannon), a multinational dairy company founded in Europe by Carasso's father. Carasso needed a way to market yogurt to Americans, who preferred their yogurt sweet, while still adhering to FDA rules which forbade the adulteration of dairy products. Carasso successfully argued that the yogurt and fruit were not mixed, but rather stored adjacent to each other in the container, and that this did not violate FDA guidelines. This development led directly to the popularity of yogurt in the USA.
At the time that Frasier aired, Carassoβthe fabulously wealthy inventor of fruit on the bottom yogurtβwas still alive and honorary chairman. His married adult daughter, Marina Nahmias, was heiress to his estate. He did not die until many years after Frasier concluded, at which point she was his eldest surviving relative.
Is Marjorie Nash a fictional character? Of course. But is it a coincidence that the character's name, gender, and family industry are so close to that of the real-world fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt heiress? I think not!
