A list of puns related to "Alter globalization"
I'm trying to find out what it means but I don't understand any definition.
Support, against? Why, why not?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alter-globalization
> Alter-globalization (also known as alternative globalization, alter-mundializationβfrom the French "alter-mondialisation"βor the global justice movement) is the name of a social movement whose proponents support global cooperation and interaction, but oppose what they describe as the negative effects of economic globalization, considering that it often works to the detriment of, or does not adequately promote, human values such as environmental and climate protection, economic justice, labor protection, protection of indigenous cultures, peace, and civil liberties.
I've been craving so much on this case over the last year, perhaps because of the pandemic. I mean, I lost my dream job and I've been stuck on a shitty work-from-home job, with tons of restrictions, but then I remember that everything is going to be OK, this is not perpetual, and that Chris Watts is in a much worse position than everyone.
At least I got to order some Bojangles' from Uber Eats tonight, a delicacy Chris will never get to eat ever again. Only gruel and that horrible loaf for that rat.
Also, there is a possibility that this pandemic will eventually end, unlike Chris' prison torment, as he has zero chances of getting out of prison and he's gradually coming to terms that's his life from now on.
Stay safe, stay strong, and Chris can go rot in hell. Happy holidays people!
Title pretty much says it all. You are hypothetically given the power to completely reshape what the world looks like, the governments that are in place, and how each country functions. It can be as simple as annexing Austria to Germany or intricate as changing a specific clause in the constitution of Somalia.
You can also change the situation at any given time, like restoring the French monarchy in 1871.
What do you change?
Check edit for my current testing results: UPDATED FOR 2.1.X
Playing 1.5.1 with no additional mods, I prefer not to add any mods and just alter the json files myself. I've messed with the Global json base GlobalLootChanceModifier (which at default was set to 0.23) and messed with the location specific GlobalLootChanceModifier settings (ranging default from 0.25 - 0.83) nor the superrare chances in the items json due to most of those items being fine in crates yet nonexistent in world spawns. (This is an outdated problem from 1.5.X, no longer an issue)
EDIT: FOR CLARITY I HAVE NO MODS INSTALLED TO SP-TARKOV. After months of testing different variations of the GlobalLootChanceModifier in the Global.json file while keeping the Location base.json files GlobalLootChanceModifier at 1 across the board my findings between Global 1 - 8 are the following for spawn density: Global 1 - Very rare | Global 2 - Quite uncommon | Global 3 - Common | Global 4 - Quite common | Global 5 - Extremely common | Global 6 - Quite abundant | Global 7 - Very abundant | Global 8 - Ridiculously abundant (fun tidbit: 7.62 PS ammo seems to love spawning fucking everywhere at Global 8). My personal opinion and what I believe is most consistent with EFT base game loot chance is somewhere between the realm of Global 3 and Global 4 with Location base 1. Now interestingly this does not help very much with the spawn rates in Marked Rooms. I was consistently getting horses or nothing in Marked Rooms up to Global 5. Global 6 - Global 8 I began seeing more than 1 spawn and other miscellaneous items spawning in Marked locations. No further superrare item rate editing required due to better rates in 2.1.X, if anything I would recommend tuning them back a little to make them more rare again but that is personal preference.
*As for the Marked Rooms I believe their "high tier loot" spawn rate is not consistent with base EFT and would either require a separate mod to keep a balance between global loot chances and the marked spawn chances as increasing the global value too high results in a world oversaturated with items making those marked rooms almost redundant. I may try a reverse test between the Global.json set to 1 and the Location base.json tested between 1 - [some value] later to see if there is a distinct difference in the way they affect spawning per map rather t
