The 2017 movie [director Craig] Johnson loves is "Call Me By Your Name," which he says is almost a clichΓ© to say at this point because it's so revered.
"The impact of the movie, the beauty of it, the truthfulness, the relatability of a crush and the first sexual smouldering. Luca Guadagnino is probably the most sensual filmmaker working today.
"The sensuality of everything from yes TimothΓ©e and Armie together, but also the sun-dappled Italian countryside and the swims in the lakes and the music. I'm so glad it's such a cultural icon now, but I don't want that status to diminish how good of a movie it is."
God, I love how this movie is less than three years old and people already seem to agree that it's a cultural icon. :D

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

This is the first in a new, ongoing series of posts in which I share my detailed thoughts on each Bond film, and welcome you to do the same. For each movie I'll start with an overview that sort of sets the stage, then do a point-by-point analysis that will include anything I find particularly noteworthy, be it something good or something bad. I'll cap it off with a concluding paragraph or two summarizing my overall feelings, and even attempt to rate the movies as I go, which is something I've never really tried to do before in earnest. As we'll be proceeding in chronological order, the first one is, of course, Dr. No.
Overview
Back when Dr. No was released, action movies as we know them didn't really exist. There was nothing comparable to, say, the Schwarzenegger and Stallone flicks of the eighties and nineties. If you wanted action, you went to see a Western or a WWII pic, and even those weren't exactly The Expendables. Such as it was, Dr. No seems particularly electric and visceral with its fast-paced story, its cavorting with beautiful women (in a time before the sexual revolution had really gotten underway), and its extraordinary depictions of violence (many critics at the time were put off). Whenever I sit down to watch Dr. No, I like to put myself into a 1962 mindset; I've never heard of James Bond or Sean Connery, and the darkest movie I've ever seen is John Ford's The Searchers. This makes the movie all the more fascinating and exciting.
Point-By-Point
\"We are who we choose to be... now choose!\"
Ever since Spider-Man: No Way Home was announced to have Jamie Foxx as Electro, nobody would've assumed that other villains from previous Spider-Man movies would reappear, but after Alfred Molina was confirmed to play Doctor Octopus again, fans thought that more villains from previous Spider-Man films were confirmed essentially. They would be correct, as the Sandman from Spider-Man 3 and the Lizard from The Amazing Spider-Man were confirmed in the early shots of the first trailer. But my excitement got really high when I heard an evil cackle and saw an orange and green bomb land on the ground. I instantly knew the Green Goblin would be in this film. But we got our first real look at him in the second trailer, showing off not only the costume the character wore in the first Spider-Man movie from 2002, but also a short glimpse at a new look the character would receive. But it wasn't until I saw the movie that I knew that the Green Goblin would be as good as he was in the comics and the 2002 movie. Surprisingly enough, he was just as perfect as he was in the 2002 movie, if not better. But why? Why is the Green Goblin, a character that debuted almost 20 years ago, still one of the best villains in a franchise of 27 movies that has tons of villains? Well, here are 5 reasons why the Green Goblin is the best Marvel Cinematic Universe villain since Thanos from Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

THE REDESIGN:
Fans and critics hated the original costume the Green Goblin sported in the 2002 movie, especially considering the original prototype mask with animatronic features was replaced with a mask with a grinning expression. I strongly disagree, as the mask gives a feeling of danger and it is meant to frighten you, which is what it did for me. When the Green Goblin was revealed for No Way Home, I thought they would utilize the unused prototype mask, which you can see in this here video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8PVMT2AmWE
It would make perfect sense, as the MCU usually goes for a comic accurate depiction of the characte

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.

Overview
What can I say about From Russia With Love that hasn't already been said? It's a genre classic, and is considered even today to be a high point of the Bond film series. With his second film, Bond smooths some rough edges, establishes some more tropes, and introduces some of the most memorable characters in the franchise. (Tatiana, Klebb, Kronsteen, Grant, and Kerim Bey are all perfectly cast.) Fresh off the success of Dr. No, this follow-up is bigger, bolder, and more elaborate, while still relatively grounded in a semi-realistic world of espionage.
