Administrative divisions of Greece Puns

In my case:

• Current home (Masovian Voivodeship, Poland) - BMW 3-Series.

BMW is apparently the most popular brand in the voivodeship, and the 3-Series' wide price range beautifully encompasses the economic disparity. In the capital, Warsaw, you have the leased G20s driven by corporate go-getters, but there are also the numerous used import E46s in the hands of less fortunate people outside the capital city (or just less fortunate inside it).

• Where I grew up (Lublin Voivodeship, Poland) - Audi 80.

In southeastern Poland it's Audi that rules the roads, and nothing matches the least economically productive region like the cheapest way to put the four rings on your driveway. Hey, it's been working for 29 years, so you can buy it and hope you'll get to 30!

I do understand that all countries approach this differently and that there is no clear-cut answer, but I'm asking to get a better idea of how it actually does work. If you were asked for the "divisions" of Azerbaijan, would you think of these economic areas, or of districts? Is there a sense of cultural identity with one's region, district, city? Are districts considered subdivisions of economic areas, or are areas more of a arbitrary grouping of close districts?

I'm looking for a dataset our a datasource that I can consume via API which contains all the cities and administrative divisions (states, counties, prefectures, municipalities, etc) of the world, by country. I want to use it to build a custom crawler to build a comprehensive flag atlas, with all the flags of each country.

I'm a big fan of subs like r/vexillology, but there is no such comprehensive atlas we know so far. Can someone help me finding this data source?

Wouldn't there be a future risk of the two kingdoms not being allies or even enemies if they weren't united? Why not combine Gondor and Arnor after Isildur and Elendil bump into each other again after their ships land in Middle Earth?

1. I do not even know what projection EU4 uses. I have seen people say its Miller Cylindrical, a changed Mercator, or just that they made it up.
2. Second-order or even third-order divisions would be ideal. First-order divisions can work if there is no other option.
3. It is okay if the Americas are not shifted up like in EU4.
4. Sorry if this is too much to ask, just had a hard time finding a map that works.
