A list of puns related to "Academic grading in Canada"
Hi all, I have been grading online essays for a bit for Marco Learning. I would like to try to earn more income this way, either other essay grading companies or other academic grading. Is anyone doing this in some facet? I do have a college degree and extensive teaching experience. THank you.
Hello everyone,

This survey is to better understand the teachers' perspective on this relationship.

The survey is brief and will only take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary, and all of your responses will be kept confidential. Hi all,
I know this has been discussed in past posts, but I couldn't find a recent answer.
I want to grade (with CGC) some of my more valuable comics. Does anyone from the Toronto region know of a store that will send this in to CGC for me? How are people in Canada getting this done?
Am I better off waiting for the return of cons where CGC might attend?
Have any fellow Canadians tried the Canadian grading services? Would anyone recommend a certain company?
Thanks!

> This week, I spoke to a group of young Saudis about the recent MDLBeast rave, which attracted over 700,000 people. Many of our favourite daβis haven't made a peep about it.
> Not every Saudi is in favour of the country's recent reforms, but the ones I spoke to were happy with what MBS (Mister Bone Saw) is doing. They gave the following reasons:
> 1. Many Saudis already party, drink, hook up, and go to beaches, but they do so in other countries (like Bahrain or UAE). We might as well spend this money in our own country to enrich ourselves.
> 2. Saudis want progress, and they want the respect of the international community. Alternative energy is on the rise, making oil more obsolete with time. Therefore, we must rely on tourism and mass entertainment festivals bring in tourists.
> 3. The Muslim diaspora unfairly expects Saudi Arabia to remain a religious country for their own selfish reasons. They live in the freedom and comfort of the West, yet they oppose progress in Saudi Arabia, just because they see it as a holy land, and want it to remain this way when they come for Hajj and Umra. "Go to Afghanistan!"
> There are many problems with this logic, but they all stem from a crisis of faith in young people. Clearly, the Saudi scholars in the last 40 years - who had unquestionable power over society - did not give people many reasons to believe. Their discourse was not intellectually-stimulating, and it was often comparable to pharisee hypocrisy. Yes, there were some honest and genuine scholars who tried their best. But there were many who put all their attention on the vilification of others, extreme strictness on ritual matters (to the point of takfir, harassment, etc.), cancelling traditional institutions, staying silent on matters of social and political justice, destroying relics, and giving their full-loyalty to a neorealist nation-state that was in bed with the enemy.
> After exporting their brand of Islam all over the world, they have decided to embrace full secularism. Is it surprising? The state was made by the British, run by a degenerate family; and they made traditional and intellectual Islam (Sunni and Shia) their enemy. After these scholars failed to convince their own people, the state suppressed and imprisoned them, and even killed some of them.
> **Let's make something very clear to all secular-minded

Hello! My name is Sophie Bernard. I am in my final year of a bachelor (honours) degree in Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies. I am conducting an honours thesis project focusing on university writing as experienced by autistic students. Specifically, I aim to identify potential barriers experienced by these students as they advance through their university education, and strategies that may facilitate their academic writing endeavours. This will also help to generate knowledge on the experiences of autistic students at the university-level, a research area that has been only recently receiving scholarly attention.
If you fit the participation criteria and wish to participate, simply scan the QR code on the poster or click the link below to complete the short survey. A consent form will appear for you to read and complete. Once that has been filled out, you will be taken to the survey through the platform Qualtrix. Survey responses will be anonymous**.** The questions include a mix of multiple-choice, and open and close-ended questions.
If you have any questions about this project, please contact me at SOPHIELBERNARD@cmail.carleton.ca. If you have any ethical concerns with the study, please contact the Carleton University Research Ethics Board-A (by phone at 613-520-2600 ext. 2517 or via email at ethics@carleton.ca). This research has been cleared by the Carleton University Research Board-A (Clearance number: 116814). During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Research Ethics Staff are working from home without access to their Carleton phone extensions. Accordingly, until staff return to campus, please contact them by email.
I'm asking this also because I don't see a lot of universities from Canada on the top global ranking list, I'd appreciate a explanation for this too.
Hello everyone!
My name is Elizabeth, and I am a Ph.D. candidate in Religious Studies at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. I am researching how the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has and continues to affect Chinese Buddhist institutions and individuals. My research will help to understand how Chinese Buddhists have been impacted by and reacted to the pandemic and how Buddhists in general handle challenges and address disasters.
I am looking for individuals who practice Chinese Buddhism (regardless of ethnicity), are over 18 years of age, and reside in Canada to participate. I am especially interested in perspectives from lay practitioners. My research is focused on specific Chinese Buddhist communities in Canada, however, interested individuals do not necessarily have to be affiliated with these specific groups.
Participation can be done through a digital survey and may take 45-60 minutes, depending on your answers. Participation is voluntary and will involve questions such as βHow has Buddhism affected your experience of the pandemic?β or βHow has the pandemic affected your temple/groupβs use of the Internet/social media?β or βAfter the pandemic is over, do you expect to resume the same practices and at the same rate as before?β I will also ask some demographic questions.
This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Committee. However, the final decision about participation is yours.
