So I decided to make this post to describe what role I would be interested to take in TEST Squardon.

During the earlier days of Planetside, when Test Outfit was pulling a platoon a night and had more than enough numbers to spare during official ops, I ran a small little group called Test 501st Spec Ops squad. This was a small group of people (usually peaking at around 5 people during an operation of 80 people or more.) This tiny little group used irregular tactics, mobility, and superior strategy to defeat enemies with superior numbers. (I would gladly write war stories of things we did)

I would like to (if allowed by our glorious leader, Zero-G) run a similar group in Test Squardon. I would like to call this group Squadron 501 and destroy enemies that outgun or outnumber us with superior tactics.

I’ve decided to waste my time (jk) by listing out direct references to important AFI’s that I believe any airman should be familiar with.

EDIT: I've put in numerous additions from others' comments, and thanks to a few who dropped a lot of great info. If there are more that should be added feel free to let me know! Additionally, these are the baseline AFI's. Some are hundreds of pages. This is just to help save time locating your resources.

Another important piece of knowledge: You know how some sections of AFIs have (T-1), (T-2), etc? That's a waiver tier, and denotes who's allowed to make an exception to that rule. But what do they mean?

• T-0 = HAF
• T-1 = MAJCOM/CC
• T-2 = MAJCOM/CC but can be delegated to first GO in CoC
• T-3 = Wing/CC but can be delegated to Squadron/CC

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

I inherited a Squadron Booster Club that had a whole lot of issues as far as IRS documentation. I want to file for tax exemption 501(c)(3) but haven’t received much help from our base or bank as to whether we are eligible or not.
