If one more guy asks me I might snap. A guy I’ve been talking to for a month asked me about myself and a friend last night; while ex boyfriends have brought it up in the past. To this recent guy, I said, “what if that was me asking about your friend” and he immediately said sorry. SO…….. why do so many guys want it, yet wouldn’t be cool with reversing the role? I don’t even want to but it makes more sense thinking about it that way.

I only make 53K a year, but I maxed out my 401k as i’m fully committed to retiring early. My NW right now is 65K, and my landlord let me pay my rent in a lump sum, so i have 5 more months of housing without payments.

Does anyone have any advice from here? After this, I plan on living with my mom for 1-2 years as my job is near her. I have 0 debt, so with the remaining amount of money i’m getting from my job, should I continue to invest in my brokerage? Save up for a condo of my own after moving out of my mom’s? Build up my emergency fund more? (I have a few thousand in an emergency fund)

I am a 22 year old. I have never played tennis in my life. I was wondering, if I start playing tennis, how many years would it take me to be at an amateur level/club level? Would it take me 6 years or 10 years. By the way I have background in soccer and badminton. I am 5ft 7.7inch skinny guy.

I swear to god, every time I see someone I knew from high school who is pregnant/whose girlfriend is pregnant, they all look and dress like the same person.

The girlfriend is almost invariably an esthetician, has a bunch of cursive writing tattoos, and looks exactly like her mom who is not even 50 (like their hair is dyed the exact same shade of blonde and they both wear low top black converse). Usually has a pit bull or French bulldog.

The boyfriend is either military or working in a skilled trade. Always goofy looking, has that shitty pine forest tattoo on his left forearm, wears trucker hats and red flannels constantly, and has some kind of beard. Drives a brand new truck and it’s unclear how it was paid for.

They both only listen to EDM. She watches true crime, he listens to Joe Rogan and admires him not unlike a god. Also if they have a kid it’s always named some faux regal bullshit or a slightly misspelled version of existing name (Carsyn, Haeli, Karter).

I swear to god this is what like 40% of my high school classmates look like now.

Cant believe this is the third year already updating this forum on my progress. In these updates I seek feedback on how I could be doing better and how I can help people in the same boat as me.

I am currently a senior in college getting my B.S in Finance. I am currently doing DoorDash during the school year for my income. Over the summer I did an internship, which landed me a job offer. I try to bring in $300 a week for DoorDash during school, and when I start my full-time position I will make around 60K per year.

I plan to get my net worth to 75K by the end of 2022. With my full time job I plan to also DoorDash as my market is very good for DoorDash. I will also most likely start a Youtube channel as I have always wanted to start one but have not had the time with school, sports, etc... Anything I could improve on or do you have any questions for me?

So I got my first cane today, after putting it off for while I just asked my partner to take me to walgreens before I changed my mind again. I find that it helps a little bit but at the same time hurts my shoulder, maybe I'm just putting too much weight on it idk.

And while I need it and it is helping a little I just feel so unnatural and ashamed. I know I shouldn't be but I just don't know what to do about it. My partner doesn't understand so I thought writing something on here would get some feedback from people like me.

I have many hobbies I play bass (4 string), Photography, Skateboarding, Video Games, Movies, Running, Gym/Working Out, Soccer, Basketball, Drawing (idc if Im bad), painting. Heck Im going to school man and either of my classes in person people dont want to talk to me.

I always initiate convos/small talk but people never seem invested to me. I tried going to parties but people never really wanted to talk. I tried talking to all kinds of people throughout school but I never had a circle of friends that would invite me to hangout etc. I would get bullied most of the time

IDK what it is but I don't believe in 'You just need confidence, get some hobbies etc.' People just don't seem interested in me IDK what to do

Enough with the BS heck I tried even dating apps but still nothing, no results.
