Here are the voting hours for each time zone. All times are local.
Newfoundland β 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Atlantic β 8:30 a.m. β 8:30 p.m.
Eastern β 9:30 a.m. β 9:30 p.m.
Manitoba β 8:30 a.m. β 8:30 p.m.
Alberta, Saskatchewan and Northwest Territories β 7:30 a.m. β 7:30 p.m.

This means polls in Newfoundland and Labrador will close at 7 p.m. ET β and all polls will be closed by 10 p.m. ET.
A very large portion of results from QuΓ©bec to Alberta will be coming in at 9:30 p.m. ET.
Approximately 5% of ballots have been cast via the mail, and will begin to be counted on Tuesday due to a security measure to ensure that the mail-in vote hasn't voted in person before. Ridings that are a close race will likely take a few days to have a winner confirmed.

I donβt really like to discuss politics and stuff due to anxiety with people in my daily life. Now my parents are yelling at me and calling me selfish because I was too nervous to say anything.
Liberal party: Modern Liberalism. The Liberal party is a Left wing to center party ideologically. They hold a plurality in the House of Commons. They support a carbon tax and other generally left wing proposals.
Conservative party: Progressive Conservatism. The Conservative party is a big tent party of those on the right and centrists. They controversially support a carbon tax, and are moderate on the issues of COVID regulations generally. They have taken a strong stance on China.
New Democratic Party: Democratic Socialism. The New Democratic Party, or NDP, is arguably the most left wing party. The party is arguably socialistic in its views. It is in third in the polls. They have been accused of defending socialist dictators like Fidel Castro.
Bloc QuΓ©bΓ©cois: Quebec Nationalism/Social Democracy. The Bloc QuΓ©bΓ©cois only run candidates in Quebec, and are a Quebec nationalist party. They argue for Quebec sovereignty. They are third in the polls.
Green Party: Green Politics. The Green Party is one of the most left wing parties in Canada. They advocate for environmental regulations. Currently, they are the last major party in the polls.
Peopleβs Party: Classical Liberalism/Nationalism/Libertarianism. They are the most right wing party. They have advocated for the end of lockdowns and mask mandates, and are opposed to vaccine passports. They are opposed to a carbon tax. They are the second to last major party in the polls and have no seats in parliament.
