A list of puns related to "2021 All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship"
I'll be in Dublin the first week of September and really want to see hurling live. Turns out that's when the finals are so I'm wondering how much tickets usually go for and do I have a reasonable shot at getting them? If not is there any way else I can see professional hurling?
I am new to town and want to watch the GAA game as the entire city is going crazy for the upcoming match. Any suggestions on a good pub/location I can go to? I don't really know anyone in the city but would love to join in the celebration.
Reddit, where will you be September 6?
Before I start giving predictions for each week of the championship Iβll do an overall prediction of how I think it will go. Iβll go through the four provinces and pick finalists and winners and then on to the All-Ireland series so without further adoβ¦.
CONNAUGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: One of the two provinces which are very hard to call for me. Mayo will almost certainly be in the final, with all due respect to Sligo and Leitrim neither of them got out of division four this year and theyβd have to beat the third best team in Ireland so without being too harsh it would be a miracle for either to get there. The other side is tougher. Galway won in the league and are the better side on paper but it wouldnβt surprise me if Roscommon sprung an upset, Iβd still back Galway to come through though. Then it gets very tough. There was only a point in it last year and I reckon this year will be the same. If COC is out for Mayo itβs a huge boost to Galwayβs chances but for now Iβll go with my gut and say Mayo win againβ¦ just.
Finalists: Galway & Mayo Champions: Mayo
ULSTER CHAMPIONSHIP: This is the other one that is extremely hard to call. Donegal would need to win four games on the bounce and including games against Derry and Tyrone which wonβt be easy at all. Tyrone on the other hand would have Cavan and Donegal most likely before they get to a final. I think the two semi finals will be Armagh vs Monaghan and Tyrone vs Donegal and sure whoever wins those is anyoneβs guess. Iβll base my picks on recent form and say itβll be an Armagh vs Donegal final with Donegal finally getting to a semi final for the first time since 2014. But I wouldnβt be too confident in my picks.
Finalists: Armagh & Donegal Champions: Donegal
MUNSTER CHAMPIONSHIP: On to the easier two provinces now and with all due respect to Cork and Clare thereβs only one champion here. Itβs a fairly straightforward path with Kerry having to overcome Clare and Tipperary to reach a final, Cork will probably have Limerick which could be tough for them but Iβd expect them to win it.
Finalists: Cork & Kerry Champions: Kerry
LEINSTER CHAMPIONSHIP: Now the for the easiest competition in world sport to pick a winner of. Wicklow play Wexford this weekend and the reward for that is a roasting off Dublin a week later. My guess is the semi finals will be Kildare vs Dublin and Laois vs Meath and the same final and result as last year.
Finalists: Dublin & Meath Champions: Meath
ALL-IRELAND CHAMPIONSHIP:

Dublin/Kilkenny and Tipperary/Limerick guaranteed at least a QFs
Reckon the games may all take place in Thurles or another large stadia so more people can go.
As a Waterford supporter I'd love to go to the games but by god will it be tough if we draw Galway or Wexford in the 1st Round. I'd take the winners of PR

The 2020 All-Ireland SHC final goes down for decision on an unprecedented and historic December day at Croke Park.
The climax of an unbelievable senior hurling championship campaign takes place behind closed doors at GAA HQ at 3:30, where Limerick and Waterford collide in a novel Liam MacCarthy Cup showcase, which of course is also a repeat of this year's Munster final.
Go on the rebels, you will have to play out of your skin's to bate the treaty though.
If you were able to change the format for either the Football or Hurling All Ireland Championships, what would it be?
Apologies if this question has been asked before, I couldn't find it after a quick search
