A list of puns related to "Wwe Over The Limit"
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan. One of the best matches of all-time as far as I am concerned.
Extreme Rules 2010:
WWE Championship [Last Man Standing]: Cody Rhodes def Randy Orton (c)
Cody cut a promo that he is sick and tired of both Randy and Ted Dibiase, and if he wouldnt had attacked Randy after his WrestleMania match, he would never be considered as title contender. RAW GM Bret Hart booked him in another No. 1 Contender's match against Ted DiBiase, which Cody won. After the match, Randy came out of nowhere, and RKO'ed Cody. In this match, Randy starts strong, throwing Cody all around the ring, but everything changes when Cody gets a chance to use weapons. He beats the hell outta Randy, and wins by tieing up both Randy's legs to corner post, so he can't stand up.
World Heavyweight Championship [Steel Cage]: John Morrison (c) def Batista
Simple rivalry, where former champ, uses his rematch clause. After beating each other up, Morrison retains. CASH IN! After cage raises, MVP runs in with the briefcase and attacks John Morrison. You know how long does it take to start a cash-in match with all those announcements and etc. Match starts, MVP goes to pin Morrison, but instead of that, Morrison was playing possum, and small packaged MVP for a 3-count. The whole point of this was to make people think, that Money in the Bank holder isn't guaranteed champion in a future, because until this moment, every single wrestler has cashed-in succesfully. And there's Money in the Bank PPV coming up, after which we will have 2 MITB holders. So it'll make people to think and talk more about them, because now, there's possibility, that they wont become champs in a future. So i think it was good move to make.
Hardcore Match: CM Punk def Rey Mysterio
Extreme Rules match is more family friendly version of hardcore match. These guys can't be soft on each other, because remember - Rey is now part of S.E.S and he wants to go out, and Punk wants to control Rey, so there's big animosity, and anxiety between the two, they want to kill each other. Stipulation is, if Rey wins - he's free. Punk beat the living hell out of Rey Mysterio. After match he grabs the mic, stands over beaten Mysterio, and says that he doesn't need such weak links in his stable, and leaves the ring.
Street Fight: Sheamus def HHH
Now it's good time to build Sheamus. It wasn't good idea to put the title on him so early like WWE did. After WM, we have big retirement ceremony for HBK. Only at the end, HHH shows up, he's looking lost, not looking the sa
... keep reading on reddit β‘If John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis is the last match and the WWE Champion match with CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan isn't, I will be very pissed off. How likely is this?
Does anyone have any information on this? Just heard that the PPV in Buffalo in October was originally billed as "Over The Limit" but was just changed to "Battleground"?
Due to a couple of job changes and pay raises late in the year, my wife and I might be over the contribution limits for a Roth IRA but Iβve already dumped $5500 into mine. How do I figure out exactly how much we can contribute, assuming weβre between $198-208k, and what do I do about the overcontributuons?
If this has already been asked and answered before, forgive me for the redundancy
I couldnβt find any results searching the stem player website, this subreddit, or Google, so I figured Iβd make a post
Iβve loaded 3 songs so far and Iβm like slightly worried to add anymore cuz I donβt want to risk potentially overwriting Donda or any of the new bonus tracks. Iβm curious, to anyone whoβs had theirs for a little while now: when you do reach the storage limit, is there any sort of warning screen or notification to let you know?
Hello all! As someone who got into Battletech through computer games first, I've often run into the issue of being either slightly over or under the tonnage limit when making custom variants in those games. This led me to thinking about some of the cool scenarios that could come from opening up the tonnage limit to allow for someone to go over or under the tonnage limit of a mech, with rules to give appropriate pros and cons to designs deviating from recommended chassis weight
For example lets say that a mech can go 20% above recommended tonnage incurring increasing penalties for each 5% that it adds to its weight. The penalty could be something like generating extra heat each turn and reducing mobility to portray that the engine and myomer need to work harder to move the weight Ex. 100% Max Tonnage - No penalty 105% Max Tonnage - +1 heat for movement every turn, -1 hex movement 110% Max Tonnage - +2 heat for movement every turn, -1 hex movement 115% Max Tonnage - +3 heat for movement every turn, -2 hexes movement, roll piloting check (if failed roll for a critical hit in the leg) 120% Max Tonnage - +4 heat for movement every turn, -2 hexes movement, roll piloting check (if failed take a engine critical)
Note. These numbers are not balanced at all since a 100 ton mech could take 10 heatsinks over tonnage and still be profitable by 8 heat.
A cool application of these rules could be in a game that has a objective that needs to be recovered. Lets say there is a objective that weighs 3 tons and you want to send in your Spider to recover it. Since the Spider weighs 30 tons the 3 ton weight would be a very heavy but reasonable weight for the Spider to recover however if the objective was 4 tons you might consider sending in a heavier mech to retrieve it instead. This could open up a interesting niche for mechs like the Charger and other fast high tonnage mechs with hands. It would also fully justify why the standard Steiner Scout lance composition is simply essential for reconnaissance.
Another application could be that some poorer factions could try to repurpose some of their mechs for long range fire support by sacrificing mobility and cramming heavier long range weaponry in order to avoid having to use a different chassis.
Overall the idea is very much half baked, but I thought it could be interesting. Thank you for reading and have a great day!
What the title says...
If it's true that WWE/Vince wants to replicate sports like football who don't play during commerical, they should take it a step further towards emulating the format and create natural breaks in the matches rather than suddenly booking everything to be 2 out of 3 falls and whatever random gimmick to make it work.
If it was established that all standard tv matches was either made up of 5-10 minute rounds with breaks in between, the match pace would be sped up and feel more urgent.
Giving each guy a timeout would allow them some flexibility with segment length. It would mean more straightforward creative to make it work and it would make much more sense to the live crowd.
Edit: forgot to add: it would also create a defining difference in matches on TV vs matches at a ppv that would presumably be standard matches.
