Was it East Germany, West Germany, or both? From my understanding, reparations weren't paid off until 2011
Did they have to pay any war reparations, and what was their opinion on the "Big Four" (USA, GB, France, Italy) and the war reparations they should pay?

Whether justified or not, and whether they were too harsh or perfectly reasonable, we all know that Germany believed that Versaille imposed harsh punishment they didn't deserve. But I know nothing about what was levied by the Entente on the other Central powers.
