Appearance : As a citizen of Vacuo, William has taken on a rather Wild West Outlaw motif for his apparel. A long sleeve button down white shirt covered by a black leather vest, dark dress pants, spurred boots, an ammo belt with custom holsters for his pistols, and a rather expensive looking broach around his collar which somewhat stands out. Were he not concerned about the state of his hair he’d likely top it all off with a cowboy hat. His Faunus trait isn’t very noticeable, appearing as very slight claws which almost pass for normal finger nails.
Personality : William’s personality is typically expressed through a certain philosophy of his. He believes in an altered version of “Might makes Right” in which the strong stand at the top and rule over the weak. However, from his perspective ruling over the weak means both keeping them in line and securing their safety. When asked to explain his philosophy further he described it like this: “Imagine a ladder. Now I’m above you on a higher step but beneath say one of the headmasters. I’ll spend every day trying to reach up to a higher step even if it means pulling down the person ahead of me, but I can’t continue forward without first ensuring the ladder beneath me is stable.”
Semblance : His semblance is known as Flashstep. From an outside perspective, his semblance simply allows him to move at incredible speeds, though in reality his ability simply expands his aura internally, protecting the body as his mind disengages the passive limitations of the body. Simply put, his body can operate on a level far higher than even an exceptionally talented athlete, but if he moves too fast he’ll end up running blind as his brain fails to keep up. (Flashstep could be applied to his arms for stronger punches, but given his methods of attack it doesn’t really happen much)
Weapons : His primary weapons are a pair of circular turret revolvers called the Eternal Wheels. For the most part they behave just like a standard firearm, however when holstered the guns can’t function as actual turrets, rotating the holster vertically to fire from his hips. They manage to track their targets via a camera hidden in the broach he wears around his collar. Outside of these guns, he also has a set of revolvers built into his boots, with the heel holding the barrel and the spurs acting as the hammers for each gun. He also keeps a 5

However, as we all know, he unfortunately passed away before 2042’s release, and given how things currently are with the game, it’s a damn shame that his legacy seems to have been tainted by this burning pile…
At least the stuff Irish says in the game are some of the least cringey lines to be heard from the specialists.
