Need help finishing a long fermentation and getting rid of carbonation on syrah/ white zinfandel blend
Hello, I had about 250 liters of syrah/ white zinfandel blend that I had accidentally added way too much bi sulphite to so it took about a month before it started to ferment. Once it finally got going, the temperature was about 61-65 in the room. I'm not sure if it is stuck or if it somehow became carbonated. The sv is below 1.000 so I think fermentation is done but it won't clarify and when I pour a sample in to a cup it bubbles a bit. Please help! I do not want carbonation in the wine

Seems to me it was Marzetti’s, but I could be wrong. We used to have it at a restaurant I worked at and I’ve never seen it anywhere else. The restaurant no longer has it. Wondering if anyone has a recipe or knows what I’m talking about.
Why does everyone make fun of me when I order a glass of white zinfandel?
Starting to get self conscious, but is it because of the basic white girl theme? Trash wine taste? Is it so bad to like a glass of sweet cheap wine?

Couldn't sleep, so I decided to have a little wine and watch some TV in the dark. Missed the dang side table with my glass and sprayed giant drops of Merlot on our beige carpet in front of the recliner. About 2 oz worth. 🙄🤬🤬🤬 now cleaning the carpet before I go back to bed.
Thank goodness I just bought a bottle of Folex carpet cleaner or this would be extremely infuriating!

Can I cook chicken piccata with white zinfandel?
Hello! I'm cooking chicken piccata for my mother's birthday. She likes white zinfandel. Chicken piccata is classically cooked with a white wine. Even though white zinfandel is a rosé, would this combination still work well? I'm just not sure if it will combine well with the lemon caper sauce. If not, I'll purchase a small box of white wine. The first prototype of white Zinfandel macaron. They are delicious! White zin buttercream and a white zin gel right in the middle. The shells are gonna be a rosy pinkish color but the flavor is already there.
