A list of puns related to "We Are Wolves"
Theyβre so small. I know they used trained dogs, but they coulda tried to use camera magic to make them appear bigger. As they currently stand I would love to adopt one of those cuties. They couldnβt look threatening if they tried
Title. If you are curious, this website, Telesto.Report has the entire history of Telesto's sentient plans to defeat the developers.
I think we should celebrate a little bit that the wolves are over .500 at this point in the season its been awhile
EXPRESS YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS OVER THE LAST HOUR
i sat in my room and kept refreshing it was a sad and dark time for me
WE'RE GOING TO CULVERS BABY!!! BUTTER BURGER W/ CHEESE
I can't remember some of the others, but they all actually felt like a sidearm. They swapped quickly, had lighter recoil, fired at trigger finger? I miss those. Some sidearms fire as fast as you can press it, so you could either take calculated shots, or slide in with a hail of bullets.
And one last complaint I've been seeing all over the comments is Traveler's Chosen. I fell in love with it, and when the armor came back as legendary, Every other gun was remade (Nightshade, Last Dance) but I was so disappointed. It's a shame it didn't get the treatment it deserved.
Make Sidearms great again.
Keep seeing this here, on r/nba, Twitter, etc. People keep talking about how bad the 2020 FA group is as if the leadership of a billion dollar organization is not aware. I guarantee Rosas and co are already thinking of and are well aware of the FA market next season. Just because the team didn't re-sign Tyus in order to open up cap next season doesn't mean they intend to max a free agent or something.
Even if there isn't a great FA class doesn't mean we can't acquire somebody via trade. Imagine your 2018 self hearing about all the crazy moves and trades that have gone on even in the last two weeks. The plans that the FO has for acquiring more talent may not be readily apparent yet, perhaps not even by teams in the league.
More cap space gives the team a lot of flexibility. First and foremost in a trade. Right now our only valuable assets are relatively cheap (Roco, the young guys), so in a trade they really don't open up that much space for an incoming max or expensive player. This season, if we ever wanted to acquire a star player via trade (e.g. DLo), we'd also have needed to make salaries match and clear space. Our most expensive pieces not named KAT have very little trade value and would likely require giving up assets just to move them. By clearing cap space, that gives us added flexibility/space to immediately absorb a large contract in a trade.
Another, perhaps less likely option, would be that -- if no viable trade options for a star materialize next season -- that Rosas and co bide their time until 2021 when they're is a much more attractive free agent class. If that were the case, clearing cap for next off-season could give us the option of absorbing an undesirable expiring contract for assets/young players. I think this option is a lot less likely but at the very least makes it a possibility. Anecdotally, look at the Tony Snell trade. Bucks attached a first rounder to incentivize the Pistons to take on 2 years of Snell at ~$12 mil a year (not an expiring but you get the idea).
To me this is very much in line with everything we've heard from Rosas so far. The gameplan is still to get a second star to pair with KAT, while also retaining as much of our core as possible. Opening up more cap space for next season just means there is more flexibility in how they can execute that plan.

Iβve seen a few of these posts like this over time on this sub, but I still donβt feel like weβve received a complete answer.
Although we are all the Young Wolf, in Lore there is only one of us. Who are the other Guardians with whom we raid, strike, etc? Additionally, it seems that through our in-game activities, weβre the most well-rounded Guardian - badasses in literally anything thrown at us, including Crucible. Aside from people like Saint and Ikora Rey, is it common knowledge (e.g., across the Last City, among other Guardians, etc) how powerful we are?
A few examples of how the video game aspect of letting us each be the Young Wolf conflicts with Lore...
Regarding raids: We know that raids are extremely difficult encounters, difficult enough that even the Young Wolf probably requires a full team of 6. Main question: who are the other 5?
Regarding strikes: Vanguard strikes require a fire team of 3. Like the raids, the strikes canonically only happen once (except - I guess - the Infinite Forest ones?). Are the other 2 Guardians in our fireteams special, perhaps picked from the group of 5 companions who kill gods with us in Raids? Or are Strikes notably easier, so weβre just randomly assigned sidekicks by the Vanguard - people really just required to protect our Ghost while he resurrects us, while we do the grunt work? And, what do our inactive similarly badass Raid team members do while weβre out there in the galaxy doing the important stuff?
Regarding campaign: this seems to be the most straightforward. Correct me if Iβm wrong, but canonically the Young Wolf completes these missions solo, by himself. No real questions here.
Regarding crucible: This one isnβt really about fireteams, but, as we are all the Young Wolf, and weβre accomplishing feats such as long quests for LH or NF (not to mention a Chappy), weβre (probably, Iβm assuming) supposed to be this amazing godlike Guardian in the Crucible, a la Ikora Rey. Question here: is there confirmed lore about us and our Crucible accomplishments?
There are obviously other things like Gambit and hunting Dredgens with the legendary Shin Malphur, but I think I got my main point across with the questions above: Who are we really, who are our companions, and why does it seem like no one - other than the main in-game leaders - knows of our accomplishments?
The mods are lazy so there u go
I mean we donβt have the NBA for a while so we might as well.
I'll be honest, even though this is the most excited I've ever been for an NBA season, I will miss some of the unintentional comedy that came along with being a Wolves fans during some of their more trying seasons. What are some of your best memories of those Wolves teams?
For me, the most fun I've ever had at a Wolves game was a game against the Rockets during the 2012-13 season when we were just decimated by injuries. We signed Chris Johnson and Mickael Gelabele to 10 day contracts the day before (or maybe even the day of) the game. Both got decent minutes and helped lead the Wolves to a victory, although it's worth noting the Rockets played maybe the worst game of professional basketball ever that night. My friend and I helped start MVP chants for Johnson, which has to be the only time someone in the first game of a 10 day contract has gotten MVP chants.
Also, not sure if they still do this, but there was the "what would you do for a Klondike bar?" game. One time the ask was that two people turn around and face the other way for an entire quarter. No questions asked they did it.
Even though I'm glad we'll be relevant this season, and even more so down the road, part of me will miss this era of Wolves basketball that is finally, mercifully, coming to a close.
