A list of puns related to "Wax Dental Floss"
Silly question, but the wax isn't going to make the dough inedible after baking, is it?
Thanks!
I guess im making this post because im active on reddit and every time there was a "what do you wish you did earlier thread" top answer is usually take care of my teeth. Most of my life, I would brush my teeth once a day or every other day and nvr floss. Then I started brushing and flossing twice a day at the age of 31. Went to my dentist for a cleanup and x ray and now owe $620 for 4 cavity fillings.
It's essential to oral hygiene but the premium you pay for excess packaging and miserly portions...ugh. If there's a way to buy floss in bulk, say, a spool of several hundred yards, I haven't found it. Any ideas?
I don't know about you all, but I keep forgetting to brush my teeth, let alone floss - it's boring, so I keep postponing it. Now I brush my teeth every night at the shower, and I have been brushing my teeth AND using the floss every morning while listening to podcasts.
And, for the first time I can remember EVER, I actually finished a roll of dental floss instead of just taking it with me on some vacation and losing it, or just losing it all together when I decide to reorganize my bathroom cabinets then I misplace it and when I find it I just throw it away.
The only problem is, I have to remember to buy more...
UPDATE: went ahead and got out to get more floss. No waiting, no forgetting, and I only got like 5 other things that I didnt need while at it.
I bought the vegan "dental lace" with the reusable glass jar... But the floss that came with it is awful and shreds easily. Their regular floss is made from silk (so I won't use it) and the vegan one is plant-based polylactic acid. Anyone have a recommendation for vegan floss refills that don't suck?
I was flossing my teeth and I started wondering why is dental floss called dental floss and not tooth floss?
My train of thought went something like: we call toothpaste toothpaste, and a tooth brush a tooth brush, but dental floss isn't tooth floss?
But then I sorta realised my logic fell apart anyway
I mean mouthwash isn't toothwash.
And a dental pick is a dental pick not a tooth pick. Like, the water pick kind. Then there's toothpicks which are obviously called toothpicks.
There's these other things called interdental-brushes or some thing like that. Not called inter-tooth brushes. I think?
So yeah I mean maybe we could call dental floss toothfloss. I dunno.
Maybe we should call a tooth brush a dental brush?
So you see why my train of thought about this got derailed.
And everytime I floss, I am reminded of that clip. Eww
