Walter Maddox Puns

So Breaking Bad had its 10th Anniversary this week and I was thinking about the show. I know it sounds crazy but the definition of Chump Syndrome pretty much fits Walter White to a T.

In Breaking Bad we learn Walter White came close to greatness, he started a company called Grey Matter with a close friend named Elliott and had a girlfriend Gretchen. We never know the full details but Walt broke up with Gretchen and sold his stake in the company for a measly five thousand dollars. His Ex-Girlfriend Gretchen proceeds to marry Elliott and Grey Matter turns into a two billion dollar company. Walt blames Elliott and Gretchen for "stealing" his work and his fortune. After he gets diagnosed with cancer he's offered a good position in Grey Matter which would pay for all cancer treatments and he refuses due to resentment and hubris. Because of this decision Walter goes into the dangerous life of crime leading to the tragic events of Breaking Bad.

Does that remind anyone of someone? A certain "New York Times Bestselling" writer who couldn't accept that an ex-girlfriend was dating his business partner? That said writer proceeds to walk out on a successful business and then tries to destroy the reputation of said business partner? First he makes a ridiculous defamatory Youtube video, then he tries to get people fired, and this all culiminates in the most bogus lawsuit ever witnessed on the internet. The writer claims that his fortune was stolen by his ex-partner.

Maddox is startlingly like Walter White, the only difference is Walter White was a brilliant scientist and he wasn't a giant pussy. I know I'm going to probably get crapped on by Breaking Bad fans who adore Walt but they missed the point of the show that Walt was pitiful selfish person. All Walt needed to do was work for Grey Matter, all George needed to do was not fuck with Dick and leave things at "creative differences."

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Hj navegando pelo instagram me deparo com uma antiga colega de classe q divulgava o seu trabalho como esteticista, vou dar uma olhada e era cheio daquelas imagens "antes x depois" e LITERALMENTE n mudava nada!

Fui até uma enfermeira e perguntei como q funcionava uma tal de drenagem linfática e literalmente é só uma massagem pra afinar cintura ou alguma coisa assim, nada era drenado'-'

Perguntei pra ela se acreditava nessa coisa, chegamos a conclusão de que tem doido q paga 70 reais pra passar um creme e receber uma massagem e acredita estar ganhando uma cintura de violão'-'

Eu acho absurdo pq eles vendem isso como algo medicinal, quando escuto "drenagem linfatica" eu penso na drenagem dos linfócitos, oq n faz sentido...dizem q vc "estimula" umas celulas do seu sistema imunologico pra eliminar excesso de fluidos, e a fisiologia n funciona assim, qualquer um q estudou o minimo sabe disso...é o msm de usar cinta modeladora com uma pomada milagrosa esperando diminuir gordura visceral.

Pensei mais um pouco e percebi que somos cheios dessas ideias sem fundamento q as pessoas realmente acreditam. Reiki por exemplo, eu disse pra uma amiga q vc n pode curar alguem soltando poderzinho pela mão, ela me diz q n era poderzinho e sim "energias positivas"...quando eu ouço reiki eu me lembro do poder do jojo

O msm vale pra acupultura, ja foi provado que é efeito placebo, n existe "pontos de energia"...um especialista aplicando as agulhas e uma pessoa q n sabe oq ta fazendo produzem o msm efeito. Eu ouvi fisioterapeuta acreditando nisso.

Me preocupo com isso pq ninguem regula essas atividades! Quando vc diz erroneamente q passando uma pomada na pessoa e fazendo uma massagem ela ta tendo resultados estéticos é fraude...é tipo os coaching quantico e os caraio a 4 quantico
