A list of puns related to "Virtual Party"
Letβs get rowdy in here
Happy new year, everyone. Fun party!!!
With the limited gatherings, my current program has moved to virtual social events. We have had success with jackbox game series, however, it's great to switch it up. Currently, I'm aware of Jackbox, codenames, and among us.
I'm curious to know what other fun inclusive party games exist? What games are you playing and is there a player maximum?
It can be platform agnostic (phone/web browser). Ideally, I'd love for the game to have something upwards of 10+ people.
Thanks!
So I want to re-watch the series but donβt have any girlfriends of my own to watch it with so thought it might be fun to put this out there. Maybe we can create a group chat on here or something and discuss each episode after/talk about the characters/get to know each other and just have an overall good time? I would love to have a girl group to chat with while watching the show!
Hello,
I will be throwing a virtual birthday party for my preschooler this week and I am starting to feel nervous about whether this party will feel like an imposition to guests. It is starting to feel like there may be too many βasksβ of the guests in order to participate and I also am uncertain of how to communicate these items to the guests in a tactful way. the following are necessary for the party :
I have purchased a gift virtual class enrollment for all guests but they must still sign up for a free website membership in order to join (it is a safe and reputable site and quick registration process). They will also receive $20 off any class they choose to enroll in there in the future.
Guests will need a free zoom account in order to enter the party if they donβt have one already
There will be a very basic childrenβs craft that involves needing simple craft supplies (a glue stick, construction paper, a paper plate) (should I make up goodie bags with these supplies and other trinkets to drop off before the party or is that overkill? I donβt really know her friendsβ parents that well that)
Is it inconsiderate to have a party with such requirements of guests? If not, how do I tactfully communicate these things on the invitation or follow up messages? If I donβt inform them, they will suddenly discover these issues on the day of the party
Thank you
Been seriously stressed this year with Covid, serious understaffing at work, and some friend drama, as well as depression and anxiety issues. Finally made an effort to actually socialize, was invited to a virtual Ney Years Eve Party. They forgot to send me the link to join and arent answering any social media or e-mail. SO either they were just being polite and are ghosing me, or I'm just that forgettable they can't remember to link me to the meeting. I think I'll go finish this 6 pack of hard cider and pan of brownies now.
Work christmas party has just been cancelled, and we're replacing it with a virtual one on Friday. We're a pretty diverse bunch, between 5-10 people, real mix of ages, drinkers and non-drinkers, extrovert and introvert etc. None of us has much time this week to prepare anything.
I am crap at thinking of ideas for things like this. Any ideas for a last-minute online party?
HOW TO JOIN:
The basics for those not familiar:
Concept: You buy a present for a random person you are paired up with. That person buys a present for their random match... etc. You most likely won't be shopping for the same person that is shopping for you, but EVERYONE WILL GET A PRESENT.
Example: A buys for B, B buys for C, C buys for A.
NEW THIS YEAR: VIRTUAL MAGIC SHOW AND PARTY!
On Dec 20 we will have a giant r/Magic zoom party. We'll have live performers, show off the presents we received, share some love within our community, and get to actually meet each other!
Everyone that participates will have a ticket to the show.
RULES:
Hello, I'm trying to organize some zoom parties with karaoke, and was wondering if anyone knew about any good games that might help facilitate it?
Is there any good websites or web apps for karaoke/singing games (like singstar) I could share a link with my group and we could access. I've found some games and apps that require signing in, downloading and installing, but I can't image getting my whole team to do that without lots of headaches.
Has anyone tried karaoke over zoom? Any advice or recommendations?
Thanks
My friends and I are spread out across the country. One of our friends is getting married but because of our various schedules/Covid itβs not really possible for us to do a real bachelor party.
The groom-to-beβs favorite game is GTA5 so we thought it would be fun to all get together and do like a virtual party.
Does anyone have any ideas on events or off the wall things we can do to make it special? We previously tossed around the idea to get other people to act as a drivers, bar tenders, dancers or other funny things but I have no clue how that would even work.
Anyone got any ideas?
We are all on PS4 if that matters.
Hi guys. I must state that I've never tried Minecraft even though I've seen it being played many times and know basic idea what's it about. The question I have is about virtual parties for companies in this space. I mean like escape rooms for teams of users, or some sort of story based stuff. When I think about it seems that there is a huge potential in this kind of party and it can be lots of fun. However I was unable to understand whether it's technically possible to have closed session for lets say 60 people. Dkes anybody provide such sessions? Would be very interesting to hear this from you. Thanks!
Good morning!
We are planning a virtual birthday party, inviting ages 7-12.
We are looking for games for kids where you can invite players, the more platforms somethings is playable on, the better.
Smart devices and or computer.
One option is something like minecraft, but I know there are other games like agar.io, where players log onto a website and play a site based game. We thought the kids might have fun with those, or virtual puzzles, or other ideas. They could plsy together and zoom to team up or complete and have fun.
Appreciate any help or feedback to try to make a virtual grouo activity successful!
Thank you
After a long hiatus, the Fort Worth Astronomical Society is back to having limited in-person star parties at Tandy Hills Natural Area, just east of downtown Fort Worth. There will be club members there with telescopes to show the night sky, and will be doing their best to sanitize eyepieces in between groups of visitors. Gates open at 4:30pm on Saturday, and sunset is around 5:30pm with the change in daylight savings time.
For those who wish to stay home, I will also be doing a live virtual star party starting at 6:30pm and going on until I'm exhausted. It's been a while since I was able to do one, due to bad weather over the last several months on the good Saturday nights that weren't full moons.
This weekend, Venus will be low in the western sky just after sunset. We will be able to see Saturn and it's rings, Jupiter and the great red spot Neptune, and Uranus. The moon will dominate the southern sky, and later in the night we should be able to see Uranus and Pleiades rising in the east.
This Sunday, Jan 23 @ 7pm

Welcome back to the virtual tailgate party for this yearβs edition of AEW: All Out 2021!
Sorry that the party hasnβt been here lately. Life has been happening. But now I hope to get all of us together for a good party.
Letβs talk some good wrestling of this weekend and especially for tonight, and what god eats youβre all having for a great night tonight!
Who is likely winning the Casino Battle Royale, and who will it be the surprise entrant? Will it be Eddieβs time or will Godβ Favorite Champion continue his reign? How will CM Punk tonight as he returns to the ring for the first time I. 7 years? Who will win the AEW World Championship tonight? And will we be seeing Bryan Danielson coming to AEW tonight!?
And what are yβall bringing to the table to grub on for tonightβs event? Bring your food for thought, everyone!
And remember, post pics of what your grub if you can!
Iβm organizing a virtual holiday party for a local committee for people with disabilities, and would love to include a game of some sort to make it fun/special. Unfortunately, Iβm struggling to come up with something that is truly accessible for a wide range of disabilitiesβ¦(Weβll be sharing ugly sweaters and/or funny/favorite/unique holiday traditions as well.)
I had originally planned on virtual BINGO, and I made two versions online via a free bingo site, one with images and the other with text (of the same things). I was planning to mail enlarged, printed versions to attendees who requested, and I made some PDF versions of the sheets as well, with alt text for the imagesβ¦ with the hope that members using a screen reader would be able to play that way. Iβm not confident that this will actually work with screen readers though, and donβt know how items can be marked off in that case (I did have the thought of including location markersβlike βB4ββin the alt text)? So, Iβm hoping that the Internet can help provide some ideas for games that can be played in a virtual setting, with around 30 people, and a wide range of disabilities! Any assistance GREATLY appreciated!
Hello! This is my first post on this subreddit. I work from home, also for the first time, and earlier today my supervisor asked the team what we should do for a "christmas party". I'm guessing it will just be an hour or so of being in a team meeting but my supervisor is asking for suggestions on something we would like to do. I have no idea really, maybe sharing how we like to spend christmas with our family or playing some kind of game?
If you've had a virtual christmas party at work or have any suggestion please share! :)
I'm serious... What if we all do a zoom/google party on the weekend!? Hour long zoom event where we can all wish each other and spread love? Why do we have to rely on nparents to make us feel important when they never do?
Is Virtual console dead or no?
Hi. Every event around me got cancelled and I'm looking for anything virtual to connect with some people and dance. Does anyone know any virtual party tonight? Or is up to set up one?
