A list of puns related to "Victoria, Texas"
I am from Texas so that would be awesome. If I am not mistaken, Vic2 has a start date of 1836, and Texas wasn't annexed by the US until 1845. Was it playable in 2? Never played Vic2 but I am a huge fan of EU4, CK2/CK3, HOI4 and Stellaris. Super excited for Vic3 and have been following the Dev Diaries closely.
Hi all, I'm trying to beat Texas in their independence war, but it looks quite impossible (at least with the Universalis Mod) If the war is already started from day one, I can't get any allies (so they join and occupy Texas land as I read here). If we add to this Sam Houston (a +5/+5 Texas general) and the USA intervention... How can I beat them with my irregulars? (Maybe I should try a coordinated occupation??)
Going through a break-up with my closest friend who's a trans guy, because they're moving back to Michigan plus we had a fight and they blocked my number because they have abandonment and trust issues from previous friends. They didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt...
I'm scared of going back to how it was before I met him. Alone, depressed, relying on social media to talk to people (which I now realize didn't help at all now that I've experienced how a real life friendship feels), having no one who warms my heart or enjoys my company even if we do nothing for hours at a time...
People recommend me to move to a big city, since those usually have a lot of LGBT+ friendly areas, but I can't afford it. I don't have a car, I don't have friends I trust and can share an apartment with, I have no sought-after marketable skills besides being good at basic technology. I'm also close to my consultation date with Dr. Keojampa, and I can't risk losing my Starbucks insurance. I also have no one to nurse me when I fly to San Francisco for FFS either now that my friend is leaving, so that's more money I need...
Is there a website or a group on a mainstream site I can rely on? I have no clue how to go about anything anymore and feel so lost since I've always been bad at communicating and making friends.
Everything looks bleak and I really want to form more in-person close friendships like I had with my friend...
Anytime I post a write-up, especially the older cases, I try to include as much information as I can possibly find and only provide facts that I can back up with sources, however, before you read this write-up I want to make something clear.
First, Iβm not even 100 percent sure this case is unsolved. I believe it is and have found nothing indicating it was ever solved. However, the information that is available is rather incomplete, so it is possible it was solved and just never announced.
With that being said, and aside from finding nothing using google, the newspaper archives, ancestry, and a few police sites, my real reason for believing it is unsolved is the fact that it involves a missing child from 1988.
Hopefully this doesnβt come off as crass, but when a 4-year-old kid goes missing, itβs normally pretty big news. Journalists are all over updates and such. And while there are several stories about this case, it seemed to fade quickly from the headlines. I would assume if the story had had a βhappy endingβ it would have been announced. Maybe the consequences surrounding the case kept it from being big news, (drugs) but I donβt know.
Ill stop rambling now, and just let you read it, but I wanted to explain the reason for the lack of information and disorganization of this write up.
If anyone knows anything more about the case, or finds something I missed, please let me know. If this case is indeed unsolved, Iβd like to get it on some sites such as The Charley Project.

29-year-old Victoria Lynn Hamby was reported missing from South Bend, Indiana on December, 9th 1988. Also reported missing was Victoriaβs young son, 4-year-old Levi Swope, and a βmale companion,β 34-year-old Dale Kaser.
At the time of her disappearance Victoria had lived in South Bend for about a year, having moved there from Laporte, Indiana. She worked as a waitress at a local restaurant.
Dale Kaserβs car was found in the parking lot of the Eastgate Mall, in Michigan City, Indiana. The keys were found in the ignition and a note in Victoriaβs handwriting was left behind for her older son who was 13 at the time.
The note said that βthey would be back soonβ and for him to βdo his homework, and eat his supper.β
Police believed the disappearances were all the result of foul play, and possibly βdrug related.β
On June 23rd, 1989 near Jasper Texas, a woman was found stabbed to death, zipped in a sleeping bag, under a bridge. The only form of identification the
