A list of puns related to "Upper Body Workout"
I've always had trouble losing upper body (particularly abdominal) weight due to hormonal disorder, but I feel like it might start to get easier on T.
I can't go to a gym currently, and do not have any equipment at home, but I'd still like to work with what I've got.
So far I just do windmills each way for 1 minute, arm stretches, and crunches. I know about planks and push-ups, but I find them difficult and I'm not sure if doing 10 push-ups is going to help.
Iβve been struggling with tendonitis in my elbows for a few years. I only do lower body workouts, but I would like to keep things balanced and start working on my upper body. Iβm a white female in good health asides from that. What are some good upper body workouts that wonβt aggravate my tendonitis?
Edit: would adding body weight exercises that work the upper body muscles the erg works help significantly?
Last about an hour what do yβall got? Could be partner based
I did a lower body workout yesterday and I am SO sore! I am looking for suggestions for a beginner workout that focuses just on upper body for the next couple days. I am doing yoga or weights - I prefer weights. Thanks :)
Iβm not the fittest person but I have been trying to move more and get more exercise for health and aesthetic reasons. Iβve lost a significant amount of body fat since December 2020 from dieting, and light body weight exercise or HIIT every now and then. Used to be more consistent with my routine but now that I am back in school I have less time and energy to workout. I maintain my weight mostly through my diet and my daily walks from school or when Iβm running errands. But I would really like to get into some sort of strength training to improve my physique since Iβm currently just skinny fat now.
I donβt enjoy doing exercise for the sake of exercise, i have ADHD so itβs really hard to stay focused if I donβt somehow find a way to enjoy what Iβm doing. I picked up quad roller skating over the pandemic and it has really motivated me to do more lower body workouts so I can improve my skating. For instance, iβve worked on my flexibility because I wanted to get better at skating and went from doing regular squats to being strong enough to do a negative pistol squat on and off skates.
Iβd say my lower body strength has improved significantly over the past year. I really wish I could say the same for my upper body. I dread upper body workouts because I have mushy noodle arms that can barely do knee pushups. I can handle core and leg workouts but not arm workouts. I really want to improve my arm strength and get nicer looking arms. I wonder if there is an activity thatβs easy and affordable to get into (preferably little to no equipment and maybe something i can do at home) that could motivate me to do things that will strengthen my arms and upper back. If anyone has any ideas Iβd love to hear it!
TL;DR Iβm a beginner that hates upper body workouts. What are some fun exercises or activities I can try that could motivate me to build arm strength?
I do track at a community college and the workouts they have me be doing are good for my lower body. They be slacking on the upper body, do you guys have any good upper body workout ??
