February 2026: The construction of the very first fleet of the United States Navy is completed; a grand commissioning ceremony is held in the Hudson Bay.

Following the withdrawal of the United States of America from EN, US territorial waters and US territories are left naked and unprotected after the EN navy, air force and army all withdraw from the USA, cementing ENs' base of operations over in Southern Africa and Argentina.

Multiple attacks against US-bound commercial vessels over the years and terror-related incursions into US territory led to increased pressure on the United States government to upgrade its "ancient" army, navy and air force. For decades, the United States had relied on the military of EN, leading to its own national military being underfunded and underskilled. Finally, in 2022, a bill pushed by the President pro tempore of the Senate, Bill Pullman and the US President, Jackson Irving and Hudson Governor, Ryan Mathers and Virginia Lieutenant-Governor, Graham Alton led to increased funding boosts to the US military and the construction of the very first US Navy fleet.

Construction was finally completed by February 2026 and a grand commissioning ceremony of the USS Salvation - the first US supercarrier since 1956 - and 8 destroyers and 11 amphibious assault ships and 12 guided-missile coastal protectors was held in Hudson City in the Hudson Bay. It was attended by various members of government including the Governor of the State of Hudson, Ryan Mathers and the US President, Jackson Irving and various business leaders including the Vice President of the Hudson Naval Company, Wayne Vaillant-Duvalle and various sponsors and donors.

Following the ceremony, the US fleet will leave Hudson Bay in the North Central USA for a nationwide tour of the United States, stopping over in New England and various ports and naval bases across the Eastern Seaboard before then briefly docking in California and then finally returning back to the Hudson Bay in preparation for the commencement of regular operations in November, which will include naval escorts of specific groups of cargo ships and tankers and planned patrols of the West Atlantic.

Over the weekend of the commissioning ceremony, Hudson State saw millions of Americans flood in from all across the United States to witness the ceremony and send-off and Hudson City, the US' most populous city was packed with Americans from over 63 States. Analyst say that in the run up to the weekend, air traffic across the Northern, North Central and Northwestern USA increased by 600% and interstate highways were gridlocked with cars, with automobile accidents r
